This happened today itself, somewhere around 1:45 PM. My mother received a call on our land line number, she picked it up and there was a male voice from the other side and he began to use very offensive and vulgar language, as soon as I took the receiver from my mother the line was disconnected. The number which flashed on our id caller screen was[protected]. When I called back it was answered by a lady and said it was a HCL BPO number. When I told her about the incident, her reply was pathetic, she said that "go and find yourself". I again dailed the same number and again it was traced back to HCL BPO. I checked all the HCL websites but could'nt find an appropriate channel to register my complaint. I want strict action to be taken against those people. Help me out. Was this information helpful? |
