BUTTERING PREVAILS

I am working with HCL BPO (N4, BT) in voice process for the past 15months and now it has come to my notice that here everything works with buttering of the seniors. vulgar calls
This happened today itself, somewhere around 1:45 PM. My mother received a call on our land line number, she picked it up and there was a male voice from the other side and he began to use very offensive and vulgar language, as soon as I took the receiver from my mother the line was disconnected. The number which flashed on our id caller screen was[protected]. When I called back it was answered by a lady and said it was a HCL BPO number....
