[Resolved]  HCL BPO — BUTTERING PREVAILS

I am working with HCL BPO (N4, BT) in voice process for the past 15months and now it has come to my notice that here everything works with buttering of the seniors. My LAN ID and Swipe Card was not working for quite sometime and due to which the intranet shows that I was absent on those days , even my login hours went for a toss, when I approached my TL, he said that he will mark a mail to get it sorted and no money will be deducted, its been 2 months and nothing has been done, and the salary I got is actually going to do nothing in my financial situation. First of all they stop the salary without notice and take 7 days to dispatch cheque, its the second month that HCL BPO has delayed my salary which has put me in a financial fiasco, to be honest I don't have even money to fuel my bike and go to office. What kind of company is this where they boast about "Employee First" and the senior persons dont even know whats going with the employees who are doing 9hours calling (which should not exceed 8.5 hours)and are forced to do 6 days shift.

I would be grateful if people come forward and take this matter to the highest level possible.
