[Resolved]  HCL Desktop — TFT PROBLEM

I have purchase a desktop pc on dated[protected] Invoice no. 615. model no HCL INFINITIPRO BL 1200 (S.R. 9093A1111633), there is a problem in TFT monitor. Many times i have complained to local customer care services in agra. complaint no.are SEB0212 & SEB0814. they attained the complaint but the problem is stay on there. I complained again to local customer care, agra on tel.no.-[protected] & [protected]. But the executive has being misbehaving and says that YOu come with your TFT monitor to our service center. they are only avoiding my complaint. If the problem is not cleared within 15 days you will be liable for all the legal formalities.

HCL /Desktop — Spot on the TFT

This is about the complaint which was raised on 15th November regarding the spot coming up on the TFT screen. The desktop was bought on 18th November 2008 from haridwar. The warranty is about to get over in couple of days. Still we have not heard anything from them.
We want someone to look after it or else guide us about what needs to be done for a speedy resolution.
The Email is attached below which was send to them on 15th November with all other information about the desktop.

We had purchased HCL EZ Dual Core system (Sr.No.7087AZ019352) with 19" TFT (Sr.No.[protected] from Computer Mart, G-10, Kumar Complex, BHEL Turn, Haridwar (Uttarakhand) on[protected], Bill No.1252.
Problem:
One spot has emerged on my TFT. It is under warranty. Kindly change it as soon as possible.

HCL — TFT not working

Hi,
I have a HCL TFT 18.5" which is not working. The engineer came to check it and informed that it will get replaced. However its been more than a week and no action has been taken. When I call to engineer he says thats he does not have the TFT in stock. I can not use my internet since the TFT is not working and its very frustrating. Please take care of this complaint.

I have purchase a desktop pc on dated[protected] Seriel No C113AC289040 model no BG000486, there is a problem in TFT monitor. Many times I have complained to local customer care services in Jaunpur. They attained the complaint but the problem is stay on there. I complained again to local customer care in Jaunpur on Tel.No.-[protected]. But the executive has being misbehaving and says that your TFT monitor is not under warrantee of our service center. they are only avoiding my complaint. If the problem is not cleared within 15 days you will be liable for all the legal formalities.
