HCL Ezeebee PC — Motherboard not replaced till now!!

Hi there!! My name is Prateek Bhardwaj And Im a Customer of HCL for the past 3 years!! I purchased an HCL Ezeebee PC in Aug 2005!! And I took AMC from HCL on 28th november 2006 which is till 26th november 2008!! I recently ha a few problms in my PC!! My PC ws nt Restarting, My mouse ws nt working and My DVD/CD combo drive ws also nt working!! I logged a complaint at HCL bt nobody has come till now!! Im a multimedia professional and I hv already sufferd a huge loss!! I call HCL everyday and they say the same thing everyday that we still dont have a motherboard yet!! It will come tomorrow!! Bt tomorrow never comes ?? Please advice me what to do against this bad service!! Should I go to the consumer court?? And if I do if is worth the effort?? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

HCL — REPLACEMENT OF MOTHERBOARD

I bought a Desk top computer in Aug, 2009 but there is some problem in Mother Board (LAN). In this regard I lodged a complaint having No. 08C090017 on 8.12.2009. On this an engineer picked up my Mother Board on 14.12.2009 for replacing with new Mother Board withing 7 days. Since, then we are trying to contact again and again with HCL but your employees are not answering properly. Despite giving so many reminders we couldn't receive our New or Old Mother Board. It is requested that kindly take a strict and necessary action in this regard as we are fed up from the poor service of HCL.
