[Resolved] HCL Infosystems Ltd / Pc — original mother board | |
Dear Sir, I bought a HCl busy bee dual core 3.0 Ghz computer sr no 707a201350 from m/s sky dome computers udaipur.It developed a sound problem for which its original mother board was given to hcl authorised service center udaipur under complain no[protected] dated 8-8-09. i was informed the mother board has been sent to hcl jaipur for repairs.I got in touch with one Mr ajay mishra incharge sales after repeated requests to him to get my mother board repaired and sent back.I was given a standby mother board from the him telling me the original will be sent either repaired or replaced.
