I myself Pankaj Gupta had purchase a Laptop from Gurgaon MH last year on Nov. 2007.
So my problem is that, my laptop is on the guarantee period of one year and CMOS Battery low problem is there on my laptop, the reason to mail this is that i need the service centre address with contact no. in Gurgaon so that i can show my laptop to them.
so please help on this matter so that i can change the CMOS battery or any other problem arise to the laptop
It's just been 15 days purchasing my laptop. IT was purchased from Vijay sales ghatkopar. I was using it for normal works like email and internet so i didn't notice problem. But when i started installation of application (exchange server ) it was heating like anything. Even it was giving some noise. I guess, it's processor or CPU fan.
I asked Vijay sales to replace it but they denied it and said it can't be.
I'm really shocked.
I purchased laptop to do some lab practical but now i feel i can't do it.
laptop in warranty period. two times i changed battery in your srvice centre cochin, but i did not get backup, maximum backup is 5 to 8 minute.service center only in cochin, that is 70 kms from my place(kottayam), that is the main difficult to contact the service center .yesterday i send one mail but no reply .
Myself poorvi gupta, i purchased hcl laptop before 9 months on the warrenty period i must say that i want to change battery bcoz battery problem in my laptop . i need to service center address with contact no.in kanpur . thats y i shown my laptop in a service center...
1. I have purchased on leap top of your company on 20 Jn 09 bearing warrantly card No 10460864 and Machine No AC0B2417.
2. On 18 Aug 09 it's battery become U/S and battery changed on at last Sep 09 but this battery power back up only 2 minute. next day once again i reach in Allahabad centre and told that it is not working properly. The he once again demanded the battery, same time i told the engg that next time please check the battery before fitting in my computer. On 04 Nov 09 once again i reach in allahabad office then he changes my battery then i told him that please check it before fitting. Mr Arvind told me that it is already checked and you go. After reaching in the home i charged it fully and i saw that this time also the battery back up was only two minutes.
3. On 06 Nov 09 i approached the HCL office Allahabad and talked Mr Arvind. He told me that this time once again you have to do all the formalities like complaint login etc. After fulfilling the condition of call log in on 10 Nov 09 i reaqched HCL office Allahabad after doing all the formalities once again. When I asked this time how much time will you take to change my barttery. Engg Mr Arvind was not giving me reply and talked in very rude and arrogant manner that i do'nt know.
4. Since Aug 09 i am not able to carry out my leap top outdoor the home because of it's battery and it become desktop PC.
5. Now i am pretended why i have purchased leap top from HCL because of its service and dealing attitude of the staff.
6. HCL office Allahabad did not call me at any movement that your part arrived aned you may come.
7. The dealing and attitude of Mr Arvind working in HCL office Allahabad is ver bad. He is harassing the people by calling him again and again and not doing any satisfactory job. His talking attitude is very ill and rude. Kindly change him from this office and take necessary action against him.
8. In view of the above i am requested to take my leap top back and return my money if you people are not able to provide satisfactory service otther wise i will have to go to the consumer court against your company.

Sir,I am Pritesh.I was purchesed HCL laptop in last year 27/1/2009.But now I faced one problem related to battery that was,my laptop can not start without AC supply.For starting my laptop always need AC supply without that Laptop can not start i.e.battery power can not start laptop directly.Please helpme as early as possible because my warranty period over just in one day.
