I am Vaibhav kakade. I have purchased HCL laptop model 1134 from pune 10 months ago. It has on-off & heating problem.
So I have submitted it to service center of Pune on 24 May 2014. Service center told me that there is mother board issue & need to replace it. But from 24 May 14 service center couldn't get motherboard from company. Also they are not inform me exact timeline for this replacement. Can you reply me when I will get my laptop with motherborad replacement.

    Hi,

    I bought a HCL laptop on 23rd January2014 and when I started using it from 19th onwards ( I was out of town in the meantime) and saw that the laptop has problem of automatic shutdown.

    I registered a complaint after lots of follow up with HCL customer care team and they logged the complaint on 25th FEb2014 and the complaint no is [protected]

    Bur till date i have not got a single call from the tech team who were supposed to visit my place and every time i call HCL customer care to know the reason why no one has called me, I get the same answer that today or tmw someone will visit your place.

    This is the HELL happens if one tries to use HCL laptop.

    HCL go to hell.

      I am Ravinder Kumar, I bought HCL Me Laptop from dealer under the promotion offer of 2 year extended warranty, I got bill and everything in written in e-mail, I have forwarded that mail to several people, but HCL is least bother about their customers and their problems, they gave me irrelevant contacts where I contacted several times, they do not even answer. Its very bad quality of screen which is not working properly and HCL is running from its responsibility, I don't know what to do with these people, but I am sure that I would never suggest anyone to buy HCL, I understand product is faulty but HCL customer service is worst. I have very bad experience wit HCL.

        My laptop screen was damaged and handed over my laptop to your service
        center for change of display screen on March 08 2013 but it has not been changed so far. So i request you to kindly take notice of my complaint and do the remedial. Sorry to say that if you can't do any thing shortly then please change my laptop and give me new one .I face lot of problems with this . please give me solution regarding my problem. Change my laptop. I shall be very thankful to you for this.
        i told to HCL to if they can't replace my lcd then they change my laptop i half pay for it , but they can't give me any solution. Please solve my problem,

        but from its starting day o[censored]se it is giving several problems.One costant problem is that laptop's Screen Light gets off & unable to see anything.Is has been repaired for same problem a couple of times by the HCL Service Center,NAGPUR.But this problem doesn't settle down.Within 1 day or 2 days the same problem arises.My warranty period has been lapsed while my laptop was already in HCL Service center for repairing.Now they kept my laptop for 4 months contineuosly,saying that they are repairing it & no charges will be applied,& kept harrashing me to go round & round of service Center.Finally They have returned me my laptop without Repairing & now they are saying that my laptop's warranty is over so we are helpless & you have to pay the Charges for work & replacement. Please tell me what should I do if they sold me a faulty piece which had given me a year long troubles.Please take a necessary action to resolve my problem.I am in a great depression regarding my laptop of worth Rs.43000 paid.What to do next??

          I am using HCL laptop 41. I hope there is in-built bluetooth in my laptop.

          But when i press the bluetooth key(Fn+Esc), my system is not respondig. I have installed driver from the below link,

          HCL LAPTOP — DVD Drive & Ctrl Key not working

          i have gone to the service centre for more than 10 times but everytime they do temprary work and new problems arise. please tell some good alternative.

          HCL LAPTOP — not working

          when i purchased my laptop (before 8 months) . its dvd player was not working from initially.now i submitted it for replacing the dvd player and when i get back my lappy, its keyboard was not working and the windows was not there . and as i start it, it shutdown automatically in a minute.
          Dear Sir,

          The HCL leap top I have is 8 months old .Actually the problem with that is the USB drive disk is not found as allocated. Also once it is started it gets shut down automatically displaying somme unknown numbers and errors in a blue screen Which is quite difficult to under stand .I have got my warrentte card with me .Can you please tell me the serrivice center address in the coimbatore and trichy

              I am the owner of an HCL laptop Serial No:4111AE817094. Recently my laptop stopped working, so I lodged a complain Complain ID::[protected], on 7th of July. I was told that I am having and onsite warranty so the engineer would come to my place to repair. Even after 3-4 days there wasn't any response from the other side, so I went to the service center on my own and handed over my laptop to the HCL engineer at Jalandhar(Logic Computers, Garha Road). Since then till date I have been keep on calling to them and yet my laptop has not been repaired. Even after so many days the guys show no sense of responsibility as they keep on saying that the motherboard has not been received by them from Chandigarh. I asked the Chandigarh HCL employee and he mentioned that the motherboard will be dispatched by the evening or the next day. Now its been more than 20 days and I had made 5 calls to the HCL Customer Care and hundreds of calls to the service center at Jalandhar as well as Chandigarh. In the end, I just got fed up of all these. So I would like to complaint against the engineers because now they are not even picking up my calls either and when they receive my calls, they tell me to contact some other guy to inquire about. Its seems as if I have taken a wrong step by extending my warranty period. Better I could have got my laptop repaired from outside within couple of hours. I am on training and I don't even have a laptop to work on.

                Dear sir,

                I bought an adopter for my laptop from HCL Technologies on 7th May online and my payment was confirmed. Even after one month has been passed I have not been delivered the same. When contacted over the toll free number displayed in their website[protected] I was diverted and re-diverted for several times but failed to have any answer from them. Someone among them suggested me to drop a mail to the Nodal Officer. Even if I did the same I did not get any information from them regarding the delivery of my item.

                HCL LAPTOP — No delivery

                I have ordered a laptop from HCLstore. Before payment, miss sheenam from HCL used to call me daily regarding the advance payment. But after placing the order on 16th May. She stopped responding to any emails. Email id given on order is also fake and i have not got any kind of response from that id. Customer care is also not helping and they used to cut the call when i asked about the order status.
                Now no body is picking my calls and not replying yo my emails. I also asked for refund but again no reply. Their customer care number is also not free and they hanged up my call for hours without any reply..

                        Myself Nadeem Khan from 1/ 28, Gali no.7, Maujpur,Delhi, I have submitted complain regarding my laptop battery on 13/03/2012 at Green Park service centre. After 06 days I called to service center, they said "come and pick your new battery" . Today Green Park service center changed my battery and said that it is new battery so it will take 6 hours for first charging, after reaching home I charged my laptop but it took only 1 hours, I checked the battery and that was old not new.                         I am very frustrated from your service because I have purchase one laptop from Das (Pune, Aundh) Nov 2008 now before some days its given an error hard disk not detected so I have go to HCL service centre (Viman Nagar, Pune) and submitted the laptop for repairing (20th Aug 2009).when ever I have talk to telephonic some one say to me please call me then after tomorrow because your laptop is not completed yet.                         HCL LAPTOP — about the poor service

                        SIr,
                        Myself JITESH ASHOK INGALE,from TALVEL (MH) ,i am a engg college student.
                        25 day before i see a fault in the my new laptop about the rewritable lens & right click button of mouse on laptop. it is in waranti period but the company not able to send the lens in 10- days.company taks 20 days.
                        Today the lens is in service centre but the engineer is not present in the centre.he will come after 2 days.my work is stop due to this problem.& they said to me u come After 2or 3 day last 10 days.
                        sir meri RAM damage ho gae the. maine complaint kare rohtak service centre par about 20 to25 august. lakin abhi tak mujhe RAM nahi mili hai. mere beamstalk ka no. B064AQ211884 hai. jab mai unhe call karta hoon to mera no. dekhkar call attend nahi karte. kindly help me fastly otherwise i will complaint in consumer court.and also send me your fax number so that i shall perform further programme.
                        Yes, i agree completely. In my case they serviced the laptop, but then again within a week there was same problem. Then they took the laptop to their service center and its been there for a week now, whenever I call them to inquire about it, they either say that it is under observation or give some lame excuses.
                        I had purchased HCL Laptop in April 2008.

                        In August 2009, I felt a burning smell in the laptop. The lights were on but the system was not working. I took it to the party from whom it was purchased. The company got back saying they were not sure about the company (not able to locate the source) and would take atleast a fortnight to service and the cost would roughly be Rs.6500. I am into marketing and this delay was not acceptable. The problem is almost all parts are from different OEMs and the company is not aware to whom it purchases what.

                        Fortunately one of the service agents for our company took up the machine, readied it and gave it to me in 5 days flat - even at the time of taking it, he suggested that he had suspicion on 2-3 areas. The cost was Rs.2500 only and the machine is up and running.

                        If you have money to throw around and waste, then go for HCL products, else don't go for HCL

                        HCL LAPTOP — Poor Parts, Poor Service

                        I Have bought a HCL leaptoph core duo 2.0 with processor. It had been a pain for my head. I was just bearing that till now. But the situation is now got more worse, I Need to run through the service center each month even TWICE. I am frustrated that what will happen if I could not extend my warranty?                         This is Partha pratim Hazra. have a laptop.& it exceeds the warranty period. It had a physical damage of two keyword. I went to the service center, situated at 1st floor, 77, Elliot Rd, kolkata - 16, according to the customer care executive. SERVICE ID[protected]

                        According to their advice i was agree to replace the keyboard. But they made a problem in left click & right click.When i asked them, they told me to pay Rs.400 for the particular problem.but before giving to them it was working properly.And finally I have paid the same along with Rs.1600

                        But I don't think this is the way to serve customers when they are in problem.

                        One day later I felt, i cant drag properly & "I" button is not so soft like others.

                        Request you to please change the headlines from poor to pathetic services given by the HCL, its been one month approx that we had been putting a Green Park but yet to get a response from your end...Kindly look into the matter as post getting the display replaced twice we are ubable to get the desired results.

                        Please get the same replaced or ask someone to take the same back to your company and return our money back.

                            I have purchased a HCL laptop from nehru place S.S.D.N Infosolutions and also got the Mcafee with the subscription for 3 years
                            from past 4 days i am trying to install mcaffe but it is not getting activated , i have tried requesting a lot with the manger Mr Ravi from S.S.D.N Infosolutions for providing the assistance for the software they are not ready to help me out anything finally after a long conversation they give the number for HCL support (number [protected]) and ask us to speak to them, when i tried calling HCL they took remote of the laptop and worked for a long time and unable to activate Mcafee they just told me that they will install a Dump in the laptop for mcaffe then it will be working fine.I had spoke to Mr Ravi from SSDN Infosolutions and try to get the things resolved but he told me that he will install the mcaffe , then i got a call from HCL Mr Deepak who took the remote and asking me to wait he also worked for a long time and unable to resolve the Mcafee issue .I told him that Mr Ravi will help me out in giving the Mcafee cd then Mr deepak refused me to go to the dealer and also told me if i will go get the mcaffe installed My laptop will be out of the Support boundaries of HCL .Mr deepak asked me to send the snapshot of error code on hcltouch.[protected]@hcl.com & [protected]@hcl.in and ask me to wait for two weeks i told him that i need to speak to the supervisor they simply refused and told me cannot transfer the call .Now the HCL people are not even behaving well or unable to give me a solution for Mcafee installtion.

                            Please help me out with the solution as i am really frustated with the misbehave and irresponsive nature of HCL Staff

                            The same thing has happened with me also and Mr. Saurabh and as a coincidence i also purchased from SSDN. They told me that Mc afee CD will be delivered to me at home but till date this has not happed. I bought this laptop in oct 2011.

                              I had given to the Laptop Service center for repairing the MOTHER BOARD month of Oct.2011, Complain No-[protected]. After that it works only one day then again its not working. Second complain no-[protected]. Third Complain No-[protected].
                              At now complain No-[protected] on dated[protected], its on service center, but there is not any positive response for me. Basically Problem is laptop "MOTHER BOARD".
                              Laptop is not repaired till now. I request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Person came from HCL to attend complain on 8/11/2011 (after 10 days) .He took laptop battery for change. but , till date they haven't deliver my laptop battery to me, they couldn't say me that when they would be able to delivering my laptop back. the details of my laptop are :-

                                    i send my laptop on 1st august 2011 to service center. The problem was that i can't recieve my laptop. there is only speaker problem in that. So please make service fast. it was happening second time few months before with same problem. I had send to service center. It took too much time to repair.when i call to service center they always give me a new date to confurm but they take no action regardding my laptop service.
                                    so, sir please take necessary action about this problem..

                                      HCL LAPTOP — Poor Customer Service

                                      I had purchased a HCL Laptop on 15,August 2009, from Madhyamgram Great Eastern. I suppose to get a gift on purchase of that item. Till date i did not received that gift from Great Eastern. I suppose to get gift from HCL also but that too also not received yet. While purchasing the product, Great Eastern promise me to give the gift within 3 days. Now they are just lingering to give the gift. Very poor service in term of customer handling.
                                      ur servuce is very bad and my DVD-drive is not working i complain at a service center in meerut.But they was not listion .And ofter some days my worentty period would be finish, tell me what can i do...
