Dear Sir,
I had purchased New HCL Desktop on 24th May from HCL store on Jail Road, Delhi.
Within few days of installation it started giving functional problems.
When I rejistered complaint, It was told to me that there were few cable related problems in system which were fixed.
Post attending & closing the call, the system again started giving same problem.
When different service enginier attended the call on 23rd Sep 09, he confirmed that there is Mother Board problem in system and it needs to be replaced.
Since that day I have been chasing people at HCL , but no none is willing to help. They have even stoped attending my calls now.

HCL — Defective computer
Dear Sir,A New HCL Desktop was purchased by CPWD. The serial number of the computer is 7097a2001952. It is under warranty.
Within few months of installation it started giving functional problems.
The complaint is registered with HCL on 31/08/10. The complaint no is[protected].
The working of the office is badly affected and no service engineer has attened the call yet.
When different service enginieer attend the complait and he confirmed that there is Mother Board problem in system and it needs to be replaced.
