[Resolved] HCL Me Tablet — did not respond or changed my HCL WIZPACK cd

Dear HCL Company,
I already sent a COMPLAINT that the HCL WIZ PACK cd I get with my HCL Desktop is not working properly so its my humble request to you to plz make it sure that it will be change soon as it is very urgent for me.
My complaint booking no: [protected], registered on 7Th September, desktop CPU machine, no technician received yet, but, on 13Th October i called call book manager at Chennai region, He replied it was registered on 24Th September and on The same day it was attend and closed.
It was a fake reply, I'm The one who holds The machine, i don't know why They are miss used. it seems to ugly. its not difficult to me to book a new complaint, if i am getting a new complaint how many days or monThs to recover or it has miss used and it won't happened again.
