Hi, HCL Technologies - BPO Services which is based in ELCOT campus - shollinganallur (Project Accord), is not giving leave on election day. Its our right as a citizen of india to vote. But my company is not giving me an opportunity to utilize my citizen ship rights. Please look in to this and ban all the companies which is not giving the basic rights of citizens.
