HCLStore.in — delayed in delivery of Order no.43390

Dear Sir,
I have booked a HCL Laptop Adaptor 19V 3.42 A on 28-Dec-2011. I have asked them process it on urgent because i cant use my laptop without the charger.. they committed me on mail quoting "your order is being processed and will be delivered to you by 6th January 2012".

i have been asking them for the carrier name and tracking code every day by mail ,chat and calls, but no body updated on this for a week.
Then when i told them if they will not update i will put a complain, Then i have got an update from them that product has been dispatched on 9th Jan 2012.

NB:- But still they have not yet given me the tracking code and the courier name. so i don't believe on them now.

I am so much disappointed and harassed. if i would have not followed up with them, god knows when it would have delivered to me, may be a month or more. if i don't get my charger on time it is loss to my professional work.

please help. ..! help me to get the tracking code and courier name. because still i don't believe this store and their service....
