[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Chennai — working hours

Hi,

My wife who is working as sales manger with hdfc credit card division, is been asked to work 7 days a week and from 9.30 am to 8 pm. I do understand that this kind of working is common with "sales " field but is it so for 365 days ???????

would someone guide me with what to do on this regard as she is suffering from bad health as well as our family life is becoming a living hell under pressure.

I have posted a cheque in which payee is my name. There in cheque my account no also specified.

The issue is: My name Thilagamani. But in the cheque my name is written as "Thilaga". So it got rejected.

I don't understand why it was rejected. You could have rejected if the name is fully wrong / does not match with the account no.

Anyway in the account my name is specified right? then what is the problem. I have written my contact no as well. The person should have contacted me before rejecting. isn't it?

I am really not satisfied with this HDFC service. I am holding the HDFC account for the past 4 years.

This does not seem that it is upto the standard. My contact no is [protected]. My custid is 9866884.

Hello All,

I very well agree with point raisd by Vishu regarding long working hours.

I believe HDFC bank is worst place to work with. I regularly visit bank for my work and see people are made to work for 12-13 hours daily and sometime including sunday's.

I really want to understand what is gng wrong in the management that they are not able to see this, I believe upper management are not worried about the peoples problem.

I need to se any comment on this post from any senior person from HDFC family.

hi,
i[censored] enter the ipin more than 5 time means the particular day u r account will be locked ...so tomorrow only it will be automatically unlocked..
Next time try to change u r ipin password by these steps..before that u should have reg mobile number and active debit card or else visit cm care//
1----select net banking and login
2----select continue to net banking
3----don't type u r cm id below that u can able to c forget u r ipin click that..
4----a new page open type u r cm id, , then it will show u r reg mobile number i[censored] click means otp will sent to the mobile numer u have to type in next screem //then u can able proceed futur my changing u r ipin
