[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Customer care — HDFC Customer Care people are misbehaved

I am holding a HDFC credit card. Due to some reasons i did not able to pay the outstatnding amount from the last few months, I was only paying the min due amounts and even have missed that too for one to two months.Overall bad account history.

One of your executive name "Neha" has called me today to ask for payment and when I asked her to give me a solution about to clear all the payment within 3-4 four months though i have told her that i am paying the min due amount but she has talked me very harshly as no one has talked me like before.

What type of training you are giving to your employees, She was very harsh with me seems like i have stolen big amount from you. I have decided to take it further but before that I want to hear from your side.

I need an explanation and action of this harassment .
