I am holding a HDFC credit card. Due to some reasons i did not able to pay the outstatnding amount from the last few months, I was only paying the min due amounts and even have missed that too for one to two months.Overall bad account history.
One of your executive name "Neha" has called me today to ask for payment and when I asked her to give me a solution about to clear all the payment within 3-4 four months though...

THIS IS Kiran Parmar I have a salary account with HDFC bank .. this bank does sends card if it is lost .. you have to go to their home branch and take it even if the home branch is in other state .. also this bank customer care number does not give an option to speak to some one for debit cards you need to speak to some other department and than ask them to transfer the call...
