Date of submission all the relevant documents to the Ahmedabad FHPL office: 24/07/2012:

Sir,

I hereby want your attention that, I already submitted all the relevant documents to the Ahmedabad FHPL office on above mentioned date.

A representative of FHPL Mr. Kanaiya Zha was already investigation at my home and took photographs also.

Till now, I have not get my claimed amount. Further, I inquired on toll free number, the executive different diffrent quires raised all the time to me and delay my claim.

So, looking in to matter, I have question that , why not your represtative tell me all the quaries/pending documents at the time of submission of documents.

Sir, I request you to kindly go through above matter and do the neeful at the earliest
