This is to inform that your Bank executive has forcibly activated ERGO HEALTH Insurance along with my credit card.

This is an unwanted service but he forcibly activated .I have already raised complaints which am giving the details below as well as am forwarding my Policy Number which i want to cancel and further no questioned asked from the Bank.
