Sir,
I was admitted in care hospital regarding chest pain on (04.02.2012 to 06.02.2012)
That day means 4th Feb 2012 I admitted in care hospital emergency ward at night 9.30pm regarding savior chest pain. Dr Sunil Kapoor was treated me after tests and taking medicines I was discharged on 6th Feb 2012. My Hdfc Ergo policy is cash less card. When discharge time I submitted my policy papers but Hdfc Ergo said cashless denied. I paid my bills after 4 days I applied claim and submitted all the documents in banjarahills FHPL office. They asking so many documents. I travelled 4 times nampally care hospital to banjarahills FHPL office regarding documents . After 45 days I call to customer care regarding claim they said ‘your claim is denied why means investigation and evaluation purpose not payable under insurance’ . So finally I understand Hdfc Ergo is cheated me.

I too have a hdfc ergo cashless policy, I had a severe head pain in the right said of my brain, i went to a hospital direct from my office they said me to get admitted, I called FHPL, they did not give me a clear idea about my policy, as i had financial constrain so before getting getting admitted i wanted to confirm the detail of my policy, ( gave my policy no and spoke with Amar) but they did not have clear idea about my policy details as it was Sunday i believe people are not insured on weekends, I went home and and took the pain. But thank you for the complaint.
