HDFC Mastercard — Not receiving statements

Please do send me the monthly statement. If you are not going to send me then I am not going to pay the bill if I have any pending.

I am also not getting my monthly statement at all.however i am getting a debit of Rs 200/month from my HDFC Bank account which is not fare.
request the concerned authority to take care of the customer instead of exploiting them.

I am trying to make railway ticket through HDFC CREDIT CARD but getting error i.e.GV00004-PARes.
Decline Transcation under #[protected].
