This is in regards to the HDFC Bank Personal Loan where they are not ready to close the the personal loan when I am ready to pay the foreclosure fees even, this is really a cheating and consumer forum should take a action against them or they will cheat all Indians as they are doing right now.

I have already paid the amount from last 6 months and requesting them to close it, while taking they said you can repay it after 6 months and now they have changed the rule without informing to RBI and government is still sleeping.

Please take action or tell US the way to put them behind the bars.

    i have registered for a hdfc personal loan on 4th june 2012.

    on 5th june itself, hdfc person came and collected the required documents.

    after that i have called them daily asking the status of my loan.
    Daily they used to reply the same answer. " Its in progress. will tell you soon".

    After 12 days, on 16th evening 4 pm , i got a call from hdfc. asking me to submit another copy of the passbook which i have.
    They also told that, if i submit it before 5 pm, i'll be getting the amount by next day. ( 17th) else it will take another 1 week to process.

    I really dont understand what these people are doing in office?.........simply sitting and processing very slowly.

    They dont understand customer's urgency to get a loan.

    Same thing happened with me, I applied for an education loan with HDFC bank in July. They don't inform or respond to my calls and whenever I hear from them all I get is the routine answer of 'it's under process'. After persistently calling them they pick up the phone and tell me to call me after an hour because they're going to check. when you call after an hour they either don't pick up or tell you the same thing 'it's under process', 'it'll be cleared by tomorrow.
    After 11 days of all this they told me everything will be cleared by Tuesday and I'll get the DD by Wednesday. It's Saturday now and my college has already opened and till today I have no idea if I'll get the DD next week or not. Because time was running out so I asked another person's contact number from the loan department. I was asked to contact Mr. Vishal Rajput (91-[protected]) who was the TL there, after calling him 4-6 times during the day he finally picked up. He informed that it's under process, I asked him why his team member was saying it's going to be cleared by Wednesday? he started shouting over the phone that he isn't the one who said I will get the DD by Wednesday and he is not liable what his team members say to me and then he started to scream and shout over the phone that I'm disturbing him and never to call on him again. He thinks he's not answerable to anyone and he has the right to mislead as well as shout at customers if they ask for the status of the loan process.
    After everything said and done now I get to hear another tag line of 'it'll be cleared by tomorrow'. I have to answer my college that why I can't report to them on time because I myself don't know what's going or am I eligible for the loan or not or all the documents are correct or not. Because of their routinely answer of 'it'll be cleared by tomorrow' I have to ask college for some time. I've already rescheduled my reporting time with them 4 times already and now they ask me if I'm ever going to report since classes have already started. If I don't report next week I'll lose 35, 000 - which is the admission fee- and one year of my education.

    Because of the slow processing and this misleading tag line of 'tomorrow it'll be cleared' I might lose my candidature with the college for not reporting on time and lose one year of my education. Thanks to the HDFC and their loan staff who never understands the urgency of the customer.

      My name is Saurav Kumar.I m holding hdfc gold credit card([protected]) from last 3 months.In May 2012 I had my sister's marriage,due to which i used my whole credit.From last few days I am getting collection calls on my mobile.I can understand if I am not paying bill on times,I will certainly get these types of call.I make them aware about my concern.What they did they started calling my mom and dad number,which I think is wrong.They call them,harass them and used abusive language.I think if card is on my name,then I am only one who is liable to pay the bill,You guys cant go and harass my parents.
      My concern is that if I have credit card wid your bank n I have sum emergency then certainly I will use your card.N if its a paying account,how come you guyscan call my parents and harass them.These guys are calling from[protected],[protected] and so on numbers..N if its wid debt collection company then the employee over dere know how to talk to consumer.they should try to understand customer situation.

      Credit Card — collection methos/satelment

      i have dues with my account.before two year i went your star bazar office at ahmedabad due to dispute in amount.Collection people behaved very badly.so account became over due.prviously my record was good.since few days your dehli executive following the matter and pressurising for immidiate satelment.I am ready to satale.but not agreed with amount offerd and payment instalment offered.Since last two days he has started to treatened to my wife.I clearly told that i am ready to sataled but not this way.
      He is calling from[protected], 45673477, 45546749 his namly vinod(m-[protected]).Today he called twice and treatened my wife that i will send gunda party for collection and may be dengerous for your husband tell him.Is it way of collection?I am not affraid of law, police or my supirior.Have you given this much power to harrast your customer.
      This way we can not come to conclusion.I request you to deput proper person who can help to solve the matter.On what ground he is harrasting my wife? I told him to contact me on my cell, i am always available on my cell .But he says i will continue to call your wife.Is it fare?

      My Name is Abhilash K Mistry. I m from Ahmedabad. I have ICICI Gold credit card. My total credit limit is Rs. 95000/-. and my Total outstanding is 98000/-. Since last 7 - 8 month i have pay only Minimum amount because intrest is too high and i dont have capacity to pay full amount. I have told ICICI bank customercare to convert my outstanding in to EMI. I will pay it by monthly installment. But bank person said that there is no any policy in our bank. Kindly do the needful and tell me some proper reasonable way to sattle my credit card.

      HDFC Bank Credit Card — harrasing phone calls despite of total repayment of what ur company demanded

      i dr vivek gupta had a hdfsbank gold card no.[protected].i had a loan settlement deal with ur bank peopleand i gave PDC acc. to schedule on the spot.all the payment was made on time and all my cheques cleared as per schedule exept one, where instead of jan09 year was written as jan 08 by mistake . when i came to kow the matter i made the remaining payment on very first call ...and total payment was completed.BUT phone calls started harrassing me all the time made me tensed, that i have to pay nearly RS. 5000 becos of panelty charges.when i was giving PDC to ur officer was he sleeping or what .how can u make me totallyressponsible for that, and that too i have rectified .but...ur phone callers misbaved, harresed, wasted my time wasted my patients time, used abusive language.distressed with all this and on assurance of one o[censored]r officer Mr.premji, that this is my NOCno., this is my REFUND NO. i payed RS.1930 more over and above acc. to repayment scedule.BUT... AGAIN same type of phone calls started asking for more payment .i think mein saari jindgi mein bhi aapke bank ka karz nahin utar sakta.NOW i have kept all details of credit card a/c, i have all details of repayment, and going for a legal refrance., before this i wanted to put forward this whole matter in front of banks higher officers . kindly look into it and repay my refund with COMPENSATION .
      continuous harasment by phone no.[protected].
      I have a HDFC Credit Card. In some months when I don't receive my salary on time, I am not able to make the Credit Card payment on time. But I always make it the next month. I have also stopped using this card.
      Any month when I don't make the payment, the collection agency calls up ad start harassing me. Even if I tell them that I will make the payment next week, they will keep calling every few minutes.
      Last week, when I was not at home and my daughter picked up the phone when they called, they started telling her that we know you are lying and that your mother is not making payment, etc. Why should they harass my daughter?
      in case of delay. do drop a post dated cheque.

      In spite of an assurance from HDFC that they will take care of this issue, nothing has been done.

      Today the same guy called and started taunting me saying "Why are you working if you don't have any money? If you don't have money, come to me and I will give you some idea as to how to make money.", etc. I am really amazed that this is the way a reputed bank talks to its customers. There seems to be no difference between banks and personal money-lenders.

      When I spoke to some friends, they say that this is HDFC's known method. There have been many instances when HDFC collection agencies have called and intimidated parents and other family members in the house.
      Reserve Bank of India has laid down rules and regulations for the banks and other financial institutions on the code of conduct of recovery process. If any of the financial institutions or their representatives harass, threaten or intimidate you in any way, we definitely can stop it by taking appropriate legal action on your behalf against such actions. This is inclusive of filing criminal complaints against those who try to harass, threaten or intimidate you as well.

      Hi! Advice you to contact the branch heads . Customer Care manager in writing.

      You can further approach the Nodal Officers / Appetite Authorities of the Bank for their support and guidance, they have proved to be always helpful in such matters.

      If this does not works, contact the nearest police station to file a complaint against harassment with the copy of the letter marked to the Customer Care Manager.

      The legal authorities can take care of such a nuisance properly.
      Hi,

      My name is Sirisha, my husband is holding HDFC credit card, we were happy with the services and while purchase car we swiped the card for nearly 75000. Immediately we called customer service and informed them to convert it into EMI so that it would be easy for us to pay off and thought will try to close it as soon as possible. We swiped the card in JULY'12 and informed them before bill generation date but they took TWO months of time to convert it into EMI. We received call in SEPT'12 that our outstanding is 105000 . We called customer service regarding additional charges which are laid on us. We came to know that it is the interest amount, we explain them that we already informed in JULY to convert it into EMI but they did not do and came up with interest on our transaction which is not our headache. Somehow we paid nearly Rs 30000. We were unable to make payment from last 3months as my husband moved out of the job seeking new job and due to additional financial commitments. We got a call from collection agency regarding the payment. We informed them that we are in a process of going for settlement, we were informed by agent that our outstanding is 140000 and agent tells us that we have to pay at least 1, 00000 for settlement and demanded us to pay at least 30, 000 so that it will get reduce while settling the amount with bank . I seriously don't understand what these people are trying to do, we swiped for nearly 80000 and now they say that our actual outstanding is 140000. Everyday we are receiving 8-10 call regarding the payment, asking us to pay right away. We don't want to deceive anyone, we are genuine in our intentions and we want to settle it once we receive money which we are expecting in JUNE. Though repeatedly informing them they are calling frequently with threatening statements. These calls are harassing us mentally, i am loosing my mental peace because of these call. Please ADVICE us.

        This is regarding the personal Loan taken from HDFC INR 233000/- I have already paid and settled this loan 2 years back in 2009. After 2 years I am receiving threatening calls from someone call Mr Dinesh Singh mobile number 0091-[protected].

        He is threatening me with regular calls and talking abusing language and calling my office staff and talking un reasonable things about me.

        At the moment I am working in China. Hope some one can help me with this.

        Mrs. Alka Narang, how can say u that dinesh threating u & talking abusing language. i[censored] have any recording, u have to upload that recording also. without proo[censored] should not blame on anybody. perhapes u r lieing. i[censored] had settled ur loan 2 years ago than ur loan was closed but u have not paid than ur loan has been running today also.

                I am privilege customer of HDFC Bank since 2004. On that basis they opened my HDFC securities account without any charges in 2009 & I was told it would be no annual charge lifetime free account. I haven't used that account for any transaction. But in Feb 2012, Rs. 500/- were deducted from my account for annual charges. And when i went HDFC Bank, CMH Road, indira Nagar, Bangalore. They refused to close my account on the basis of ID proof. Despite the fact that i had DL. But as per him it wasn't authenticated.

                They agreed on sending a person for collecting another ID proof. But nobody came.

                First i was robbed with money & i dont know, how many times i have to visit the branch for closure of account. I want my money to be refunded as i have never used that account.

                HDFC Securities — Mandatory personal information

                I have a demat trading account with HDFC sercurities. In the online trading account, after logging on, the site asks to confirm contact details and PAN details etc. But also it required information about income-range as a mandatory option. I called up the helpline number to find why was that a mandatory field. I was told by the bank that it is required as per RBI rules.
                I am sure that RBI would not ask banks for these details, it is the bank who would be using the information to discriminate its customers, which I feel is totally wrong. I would like to get an authorized information regarding this, so please let me know whom should I contact with this regards?
                Dear all,

                Please share this information as much as possible having the problem with demat account with HDFC bank.

                1. Choose the right demat branch of particular city where Client Modification requests is processed using this link (see more details of branch) http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/find-your-nearest/find-demat-branch?ifn=no&...

                2. Submit the Application for Closing HDFC Securities Trading Account form to that branch. I am not sure this form is available on net but you can find in the link http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/form_centers/form_centers or you may ask for same to [protected]@hdfcbank.com . More important to attached photocopy of pan card, voter card or any other accepted photo ID card and original should be produced at the time of form submission.

                3. Wait for 3 day or week until de linking of trading account. If branch refuse to take form then fight for to accept and sent to respective branch.

                4. Again visit the branch and submit the NSDL Closure form Beneficiary Account available on http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/form_centers/form_centers or download as http://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/pdf/NSDL-Closure-Form.pdf

                5. Wait for 3 day or week and bank will refund based on policy.

                I have received the refund amount but it is less. The process is on going for the same.

                    I would like to bring to your notice that the HDFC bank Personal loan executive officer gave a false commitment while taking the load.

                    He committed me that the processing fees should be 0.75% before taking the loan. When i got the loan amount that time only i came to know the processing fee was 1.5 %. So when i called to the officer about this , he told me that he would return the amount but still now i have not received any amount. He has giving so many false commitment and false date till now.

                    I HAD CALLED HDFC PHONEBANKING AND ENQUIRED ABOUT PERSONAL LOANS ON 2 JUL08.
                    IWAS INTIMATED THAT I WILLBE CONTACTED WITHIN 24 HRS AND I WAS CONTACTED. WHEN I WAS ASKED WHO ARE EMPLOYERS I GAVE THEM MY CUSTOMERID AND TOLD THEM I HAD A SALARIED ACCOUNT WITH THEM.
                    THE MOMENT I TOLD THEM IAM AN ARMY OFFICER THEY PROMPTLY HUNG UP.
                    AFTER AN HOUR I CALLED BACK ON THE RECD NO AND THE AGENT WHO ANSWERED THE CALL TOLD ME THAT ITS THE BANKS POLICY THAT THEY DONT GIVE LOANS TO ARMY OFFICERS AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE POLICY NO WHEN I ENQUIRED FOR THE SAME AND WAS RUDE ENOUGH TO TELL ME LOG ON AND FILE A COMPLAINT.
                    I DIDNOT KNOW THAT BEING AN ARMY OFFICER MAKES YOU BLACK LISTED.AND THIS IS THE SERVICE TO SOMEBODY WHO HAS SALARIED ACCOUNT IN THE BANK AND HAS BEEN BANKING WITH THEM SINCE ALMOST FIVE TO SIX YEARS.
                    i had applied for personal loan in hdfc bank and my application is rejected.the enquiry executive is threatening me to pay money.when asked why ishould pay even when i am not granted loan .he is telling processing fee, why should i pay processing fee when i am not granted loan
                    I am working in M/o Urban Development as U.D.C. and my gross salary is 17000 p.m. and net salary is 12000 p.m. I have applied for personal loan from H.D.F.C. Bank. One Shri Abhishek from HDFC Loan Deptt. contacted me and after taking my details told me that i am eligible for loan amount of Rs.100000 only and quoted rate of interest @30 percent reducing. I argued with him that the ROI is too high compared to other banks. I refused to accept his offer. On next day i got another call from different executive from HDFC and she quoted me rate of interest @24 percent reducing and loan amount of Rs.50000 only. I have refused the offer by arguing that the amount offered is not sufficient for my requirements.

                    On Next day again Someone from HDFC bank called me and quoted rate of Interest @30 percent and amount of Rs.50000. She have told me that my job profile is low as i am working in Govt. Sector. She told me that Govt. Sector is not a reliable sector.

                    I want to know whether HDFC Bank is cheating or some DSA's through their Executives are cheating the public and spoiling the image of HDFC Bank.

                    HDFC Bank — Cheating the public for loan

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I would like to register a complaint on behalf of services provided to me by HDFC Bank.

                    I had applied for personal loan, providing all the necessary documents to the bank. After taking all the documents, the bank officials are least bothered on this issue. Already 20 days has passed and so far i havent received any response from them. I am even having the proof of acknowledgement for applying the personal loan.

                    I had submitted all the details to the Padmanabhanagar HDFC Branch, Bangalore.

                    If this is the case then why u cheat the public????

                    if you cant provide the service please tell us immediately so that we will go for the other banks.

                    Because of such incident i have circulated a notice in my office for hence forth not to go for HDFC Bank because of the irresponsible services provided by them.

                    I had applied for a personal loan with the HDFC bank for 8 Lakhs and recently I have been notified that my loan request has been approved and a cheque of 3.41 is ready(My token no.[protected]. I have not accepted the same but imagine a person in emergency who applies a loan and in the last moment he is told that only 35% portion of the amount is approved, imagine his plight because its not solving his problem rather its adding more problems to him. If the bank had declined the loan that understandable or if they had asked more collateral for the same its understandable but making a cheque for 35% of my request without my approval is questioning my rights.

                    Loan provider's should approve or disapprove a loan but they don't have the right to decide on the amount of credit even after adding there own terms of (17%) interest. This is a frequent practice of loan merchants and this needs to be stopped.

                    I humbly request that this practice be stopped as this will worsen the plight of the person approaching for loan and create disillusionment in people approaching for loans for there emergencies.

                    i had taken loan from hdfc bank personal loan of rs. 2.50 lacs for a tenure of 36 mnths, i have paid 18 emis very regularly and now for the last 3 months i am not able to pay the emis regularly.

                    Yesterday i received a call asking for the emi and they satarted abusing my wife in a very abusive lanugage asking her to do prostitution and paythe emis. is This fair enbough to talk with a lady.

                    I have applied for the Personal Loan from HDFC Bank. I have recieved the SMS on 29 August 2010 that "Your Personal Loan application is now accepted" but there is no further information after that.
                    Again they proves that the HDFC bank is the most worst bank in this world. Before applying for a personal loan, I had asked the (so called tele caller executive) Kusuma if she needs any further documents, but in typical marketing way she said no. After submitting my application I got a call to provide the documents one by one. Despite of being HDFC customer for 4 years, I was asked to forward the telephone bill provided by service provider for verification. Again they were so stubburn that they needed a forwarded mail and not just the attached copy.

                    They promise 48 hours for loan processing but its been more than a week. Nothing has happened. Everyday they are giving false promises.

                    Tomorrow is the last day, if nothing happens, I will close all my account with this Bank and do not need any loans from such people.


                    To HDFC people who check this site to hide their mistakes :- Do not ask me to send a mail on [protected]@hdfcbank.com. Even there I would find same shameless people with no customer service skills.
                    They are so shameless that they are not even ready to accept their mistake and putting blame on me. Also they are not understanding a simple english, where I had to repeat the stuff over and over again.
                    I don't think some one from HDFC will ever look into it.! still am writing this as just a hope.

                    I registerd my name in HDFC website for personal loan and few days later a lady called me up and she took my details and told me that i am eligible for the loan i was looking for:) I was happy, but i dint know that HDFC has a pathetic customer support.
                    A day later a person came to me to collect my details .He collected necessary documents and after 4 days a a guy (manager i seems) called me and told me that they need a co applicant as my address prrof wasn't stable enough!!! .
                    I took 3 days and went to my home to get my dad's sign(as my native is far) as co applicant and gave it to them with new application as my previous one was expired.After 1 week !!!!!!! address verification was done( i was assured max 7 days of sanction!!! though!) i waited for 15 days after that and no response .In these days i called the correspondent and customer care so many times but no use.
                    After 15 days they told me that their correspondent has misfilled my DOB and they have corrected it and they will procees. But next day they told they cant process my previous application because it has exceeded 10 days !!!
                    Now after 25 days since my first application they are telling me that they need everything new!!! even co applicant !!!
                    I made many commitments thinkin i will get loan within a week!! but even after 25 days they couldn'y do it and they want new application!!
                    Is this how work goes in HDFC bank???
                    I just wanna make sure to HDFC that people come to your bank for loan not for begging( that's how u treat them!!)
                    All commitments went in vein. Because other companies where i made commitment were strict to their timelines!! and i suffered a lot.
                    And funny part is even after all of these they are telling me that they will get my loan sanctioned in 3 days!!!!

Bank people sent some third party people to my native place and stealing the personal information from neighbours and doing dada giri.                     I applied for a personal loan of Rs.8,00,000.00 (Rs. Eight lac). During the process of sanction I was informed by Mr. Rahul Malhotra, Officer of the HDFC Bank, Rajouri Garden Branch, New Delhi (Mobile No. [protected]) that to cover the loan amount there was a life insurance policy offered by HDFC for the term / period of the loan, which was not mandatory but optional. He further asked me whether I required life insurance cover for loan amount i.e Rs. Eight lac for period / term of the loan i.e five years. I categorically told him that I did not need any further insurance from HDFC because I already had a term insurance for Rs. Twenty five lacs from LIC of India for a period of ten years i.e up to 2019. To my surprise / shock he insured me from HDFC ERGO General Insurance for Accidental Death and Permanent Total Disability / Permanent Partial Disability for Rs. One lac each and deducted an amount of Rs.4,654.00 (Rs.Four thousand six hundred fifty four) at the time of disbursement of the loan i.e on 17.09.2011. Till now he has not sent me the desired copies of documents viz. 1. Loan Agreement, 2. Terms & Conditions of Loan and 3. Proposal of General Insurance Cover despite my repeated requests on his mobile phone. I feel cheated as I have been given insurance cover against my strict denial to that and even what is given is an Accidental Insurance instead of Life Insurance. The saddest part of the whole story is that he instead of doing remedy to my damages now is not responding to my phone calls. I wish immediate refund of my money i.e Rs.4,654.00 (Rs.Four thousand six hundred fifty four) along with aforesaid documents failing which I will have no alternative except to go for legal action / remedy.

                    it seems that bank staff get commission for selling inusrance policy. if you dont act the premium will be deducted recurringly. best thing is to surrender the policy so that further damage to you is averted. you should lodge written complaint to the bank agaist rahul in person of misguiding and cheating you and see what the bank does. also send to copies to the senior officials. another way is to find someone within your friend circle who has good contact with any of the bank staff. with his help something can be done. at least he will tell you how effectively you can lodge your compalint against the erring official rahul.

                    I had discuss with the respective bank manager regarding this.. he got agreed to give the personal commitment to me.

                    I filled online form for Personal Loan and got a call from HDFC bank, got all the documents collected by Navneet on 20th of July. After verifying all the details, next day he confirmed that my loan would be processed for amount of Rs. 4.5L.
                    On 23th I received a msg from HDFC stating "... your personal loan application is now accepted... with reference no : 21992406". From 24th onward I have been daily receiving sms and phone call that your loan has been approved and disbursed. The whole process was being lead by Ms. Smita Shah.

                    Yesterday on 30th July, Ms. Sharda called[protected] and said that your loan amount of 4.5L cannot be approved, you can get only 2.5L (Reason : Wile filling online form I gave them a random dob, now they want me to submit a doc to verify that detail).

                    I called Ms. Smita Shah, she congratulated me that your loan has been approved and disbursed and I would be receiving it in a day or 2. She was leading the whole process and has no clue about it.

                    When got confirmed from Bank and their executives, I proceeded with the work and now they have denied and are not receiving my call. I am left with no option.

                    Require help and suggestion to sue them.

First 17 EMI’s were cleared by ECS but 18th EMI onwards ECS payments could not be cleared due to the fact that I had to leave the country on an urgent assignment and my parents could not manage timely credits in my savings account.

                    After my return to the country, I approached your good branch for final settlement of the said loan account by way of foreclosure. Final settlement was negotiated and your representative Mr. Bhupendra Contact No. [protected] assured that there will be no problem in future with any Bank for availing Loan etc. The final amount was settled vide Cash receipt No. 33602441 Dated 26.04.2014 (amount Rs. 10000/=) and Cash receipt No. 34050815 Dated 26.05.2014 (Amount Rs. 20000/=) through your authorized agency “ABHI ASSOCIATES, ID 219469”.

                    Recently I applied for a new Loan with some other bank who in turn advised me that my name is in the defaulter list of CIBIL due to my previous Loan with your branch. I tried to contact Mr. Bhupendra but he did not answer my calls. Finally when I rang him from another cell phone he responded but transferred the call to Mr. Prashant Contact No. [protected]. Mr. Prashant advised me that even after depositing the final amount for foreclosure of loan with HDFC Bank my name cannot be removed from defaulters list of CIBIL. Mr. Prashant also expressed his inability to issue me any kind of letter on HDFC Banks letterhead stating that the said loan has been closed with no outstanding dues. He also suggested me to take loan from some private financers and continue the same to clear my CIBIL rating etc.

                    We request you to kindly suggest me above mentioned Loan Account and advise me if any more amounts has to be deposited to finally close the said account and such that any adverse entries in my CIBIL rating be removed.

                      We told to HDB Financial who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. Mamta, Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

                      I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED[protected]. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman.

                      We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear and i got Home Loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.

                      Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                      when Mr.rajesh doing a verification for my credit card and he is comiited to me after 7 days my executive is coming to my peremises and collect the photo copy of my pancard.but he is not come to my office.

                      Varification done on my cell phone but there was no further varification done near about 8-10 days passed and when i call on that number from which i received varifiaction call they say will call u in 10 minutes or they donot reply anything atleast they should say something as we are not doing any timepass or I don't have more money to spend calling up for the same and there is no resolution.

                      Kindly do the needfull as im in need of the card and all the documents have been submitted if there is any issue to issue me the card kindly e-mail me for the same.

                      A company RTM has proclaimed an contract with hdfc assuring HDFC BANK GUARANTEE of his Rs 25000 investment plan , if the company becomes defaulter the HDFC BANK will pay the stipulated amount.

                      Strange to see so much delay in responding back reason of rejecting my credit card. Your CREDIT Department is so much of busy that they are taking so many days ( 7 days already gone) to give reason of rejecting the application.

                      RBI is also marked CC here to the ground that all Banks like HDFC are playing with Customers CIBIL like a toy. These banks should be penalized for their irresponsible behavior towards customer's Credit History.

                      We also received a call on 16 June that they will be letting me know reason by 16 evening but still waiting. Is it Professional Working ?

                      HDFC Customer Care on 13 June' 2012 told us letter will reach to us within 2 days but now it is going to be 1 week that we are waiting for the letter.

                      Don't understand HDFC Workings and delay in letter.

                      IF RBI is listening, Please wake up to these things otherwise someday we will slave to the HDFC Bank type of banks.

                      RBI. After 3 months, without evben receiving any verification calls at office, home and my mobile, I receive a verification number. Sir i did not received 15 days salary from 10 February to 25 February,2012.I have visited many time to my office situated at HDFC Bank,SHILP - II NEXT TO VIKRAM CHAMBERS, ASHRAM ROAD AHMEDABAD GUJARAT 380009 Tel:[protected] / 27542779, Fax:[protected].but did not received proper answer from manager and seniors authority person,Mr Jaikant Pillai Sales Mangaer in Usmanpura Branch ,Ahmedabad replied me rudly even they did not give me HR department email id.

                        Please look in this matter as i belong to middle class family and we are working for money to run our family needs and such type of problems create by HDFC Bank cause our routine life.

                                    I (Hemant Awasthi) am the costumer of your bank having salary account no. [protected] at Rudrapur Branch.

                                    On 08/01/10 at 16:23 I have withdrawn amount of Rs. 5300/- from Oriental Bank STM Medical College Haldwani. Due to delay in collection of Money the amount of Rs. 5300/- (Five thousand three hundred only) has been taken back by the ATM machine, having ATM ID NA069011 and TXN no. 3448.

                                    Again second time I have withdrawn Rs. 5300/- at time 16:26 on the same day having TXN No. 3450. This second time amount, I have collected.

                                    I have complained by telephone to the customer care regarding to the problem. On 09/ 01/10. The Complaint Number is 22191018.

                                    I complained and enquired from the Oriental Bank regarding to the same problem, after enquiry of the ATM amount balance, they found the complaint is correct and they suggested me to complaint to the HDFC bank, then only my amount of Rs. 5300/- (Five thousand three hundred only) will be transferred to my salary account number [protected].

                                    Please verify the problem as soon as possible and do needful. Your kind help and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is to bring forth the utter dismay and the traumatic experience that i have had so far with HDFC bank home loan service.

                                        My ordeal all started when i wished to transfer my existing home loan with DHFL onto HDFC.

                                        The below mails are just a small window to the immense aggravation that I have gone through. Specifically while dealing with the sales person-Surinder Verma , his supervisor Gaurav Bajaj, Dwarka Branch manager -Bhanu and the list continues.

                                        My loan sanctioning has been prolonged to as much as 2.5 months.

                                        The list continues, my request to you is to kindly look into my case and provide a solution as its a matter of grave concern and monetary


                                        Below are the 2 main points of disgust :
                                        1. My loan was to be disbursed on 31st may when I had signed of the files at the Faridabad branch, however the cheque for the amount of 40,2000/- was kept at the branch for 5 days and was only picked up by the lawyer on 5th to be submitted at the DHFL branch today, upon doing so I have additionally incurred an interest of close to 39,000 which I have to pay off now o DHFL to clear my case from them.
                                        a. I need the additional amount that I have paid to DHFL reimbursed by HDFC ASAP.
                                        2. There has been an EMI deduction of approx 40,816 from HDFC effective today, now as per the information provided by Surinder Verma, My first EMI is not due until 5th of July. I had the option of getting my EMI deducted on the 5th July but I was never intimated about the same by any HDFC personnel
                                        a. I need the amount debited by HDFC to be refunded to my account immediately
                                        3. At the time of submitting the papers for my Home Loan application I was promised by Surinder Verma that I would be reimbursed 50% of my Processing Fee once the loan is disbursed.
                                        a. I need the 50% refunded to my account of the charges charged to me as processing fee.
