[Resolved] HDFC Bank used car loan — Pathetic Customer Service & Delay in Loan | |||
Hi, This is with reference to the Loan Account No. 19070310. The Loan process started in around 20th June. Initially I was offerred Loan amount of 1 Lakh (thats why I agreed) however after submitting the documents it was reduced to 82K WITHOUT ANY REASON. Then, I was told that you will get the money by the end of the month (June) however it did not happen. I keep on calling the representatives (Rajesh & Nitya) and they kept on saying that you will get it by tommorrow which never came till now. The process which started on 24th June is still under process as I have not received any loan amount yet, although I received an SMS from HDFC Bank saying that the Loan has been disbursed on 14th July however I still havent received it. SMS: 'Dear Sir, Loan appln of GAURAV SAXENA o[censored]SED CAR REFINANCE LOAN, Brand MARUTI ALTO LXI, LOS No. 19070310 is Disbursed for Loan Amt 82000 Tenor 36 EMI 2803. Rg' When I called the representative he did not answered the phone, I called his Manager, Nitya and she said that she will check and let me know in 5 mins which again never got completed. Now when I called her she was acted very smart and said that you will get the Demand Draft which does not makes sense as I have already given a cancelled check for my Citibank and also no body told me about this earlier. Also, when I asked her about this she had no idea and said that 'Jo bhi karna hai karlo' I am highly disappointed with the Customer Service I have received where in the representatives do not respect the customer. I have been dealing with this bank for the past 6 years (1 savings account, 1 Personal loan & 1 Car Loan) and I have never seen this kind of experience. If the problem is not resolved, do not hesitate to go to RBI, this is the only way to keep these private banks under control:
RBI will take a note of it and forward the complaint to Nodal officer of the concerned bank, who is bind to take action with on the stipulated period.

CAR LOAN — delay service
I have submited my documents far car loan on dated 11.10.2010.But still i am waiting for Approval from your end.After my regular follow-up with your bank conser person 10 times in a day,didn't got good responce.It seems that you are not carring to your customer.pl help to esolve the case. The details you are asking were already mentioned in the complaint, I should get a callback instead me sending an email.
HDFC used car loan — Car Loan
My Loan no is 14960157. I took a used car loan. after 6 months i realized that car is useless assets so i returned the car to the bank n closed my account but my name is in civil. please help me i don't want my name on civil.
