[Resolved]  Hero Honda — about deer behavior

i want 2 buy a motercycle so i go to herohonda showroom i select nxg modle but i wana take a trayal of that motercycle but deler refuse to give me trayal he tell me that u r the 1st customer who wanat a trayal in our showroom no trayal option .
is that a right answar of deler ?

I have purchaed the hero honda splenderplus on Jan 08.fron the begaining, the vehicle will not give more than 45 kmpl. To increase the kmpl, as per the dealer instruction, we have to change Air Filer,

Still now, there is no improvement in the kmpl.

Can you give suggesstion, to imprive the kmpl.

sir, i purchased one passion plus (NoOR01* 5633)from neelam motor, balasore in last Aug'09. after a few days i observed that there is one engine oil leakage in the body NEAR HEAD and immediately reported to the Neelam motors. they tried at least for last one month (7 time) and say manifucting defect & ask to give some money to coriour to delhi that defect engine. But i did not give. So they harash me and don't give my byke repaired. i stay 80km away and in deep trouble since nov'09. sir please do the needful & keep ur reputation as it was. thanks.

Pl note that I Mr saikat saha owner of a Hero Honda Pssion plus ( WB 20T 3827) .

Today when I visited Amit Motors Kol -53 for regular servicing and replacement of cluch plate / and other necessary replacement of spare parts
as recommended by your mechanic /service person.( all these are paid services ) after agreeing to estimated cost and required time, when I confirmed the job I was told by the service boy and the store incharge Mr Sudipto as well. that I have to buy the Hero Honda recomemded engine oil or else I can not avail the services offered by Hero Honda service centre .

After a prolonged discussion they finally denied to service my motorcycle as I was not agreeing to buy the Hero Honda recomended engine oil.

I was really shocked after seeing this kind of pathetic cutomer service from a brand like Hero Honda as you call it No one brand of India.

My question is that “Is it a fact that I could not avail the services of Hero Honda dervice centre as I am a regular user of some other brand of Engine oil ?????”

Pl revert me back at your earliest and allow me to use my preferred brand of engine oil while availing the services of your service centres

Dear Sir,

As i am working in Two wheeler recovery team in south zone, Working for all the leading banks. I am very much interested to buy New Karizma ZMR bike, but i come thru know that there is no stock in Trichy zone(TN). I don't know what is the exact reason for un availibility of this new model. Pls help me to get the vehicle as earliest as possible.

I am having vast friends circle in my zone, if i buy this vehicle they are also interested to buy the same.
I enquired in this regards for the last 3 months, but there is no response from Dealer side (KRT-Motors- Trichy) Even today also i enquired.

I am very much interested in Hero Honda products, just few weeks back i sold my own CBZ too... Right now i am using my four wheeler for all purpose. I sold that CBZ only because of ZMR launching.

Now my interest in Hero Honda is reducing day by day...

Hallo,
I bought a new Hero Hodna Glamour bike last two months back. I given my bike to second Free service on last 13th Janaury before Pongal. I called that service workshop people from the last monday[protected] onwards. They had not replied properly and told to do the Engine repair work.
In this two months which Engine part is repaired???

Till now they serviced my Glamour bike. Not yet ready means all HeroHonda Products are like this????

How i can get my bike from that service centre?

This is their good service and worth products from the HeroHonda?

My father is registered owner of both two bike. Today (03.02.2010) my passion PRO give for 2 nd service by fatather in Reshmi automoblie, palai .kottayam, kerala. After the servicing they replace engine oil and billed . As per the mandatory check in 2nd service inspect the engine oil and top up only. This questioned my father, then they use rubbish and dirty words towards my father, After they change new oil with old one .

I have purchased a new hero honda karizma from GAURAV AUTOMOBILE MHOW {INDORE} on JAUNARY 2009, From the begining itself i found a INTERNAL FARRING LOCH .
IN KARIZMA CATLOC PAGE NO. 14 PART NO. {10}
I had given 6 times my vechicle to rectify this complaint to workshop (MHOW) but still they are not able to solve the issues, but nothing will happen if you ride with this noise.
I realy wonder why this people can not solve the issue.
Please advise me a solution for my problem

I have hero honda passion pro, purchased in 15.04.09, Vide Reg No- DL13SD5156, After the 1st free service done at Jhilmail (Delhi) Hero honda service center, I have faced lots of problem in my bike, I faced problem like Steering Not Ok, Seat not properly adjusted, Battery got discharged, Head light foccussing not adjjust properly,

These problems i told to dealer but no one rectify my problem, i want to say one line about the service center is HAR DAAL PE ULLU BAITHA HAI...

I never expected these from the Brand Hero Honda
sir, As a permanent customer of hero honda, i m sorry to inform u that the bharat motors, bhubaneswar, is adopting unfaire practice in disrtributing the bikes. i m waiting for last 1.5 months. but till date i m not getting.

I am talking frm trivandrum kerala . i purchased a karizma zmr white 1 day back[protected].i rode it from the showroom(cheran automobiles kaimanam trivandrum kerala )as soon as i reached my home 5 kilometers away the battry drained to zero .
self start didnt work.The bike was dead just after 10 minutes from purchasing.the display wont work, horn wont work, the bike completly dead.there was no way for starting the bike.after purchasing a bike for 1 lakh how wcan i afford this .sir i request u either replace my battery or take necessary actions to prove what caused the battery to drain so fast in a 1 day old ZMR
so please take necessary actions for the above mentioned cause and please help me in this situation

my name is lavish i have purchased my bike(splendor plus) on 5 feb, 2010.
after 2 days i caught problem in my bike actually my REAR ALLOYS is bubbling..
i went many times(15 TIMES) but all the mechanics were not detect the actuall problem or reason of bubbling.. and they have register my name in complaint copy.. but till this day i approached many times but they do nothing... i am totaly diappoint with my bike..

I have booked one bike SPL + GBK in Ratna Motors, Anand, Gujarat, subdealer on dated 18-02-10. I, Shaikh Sadiq would like to bring my grievance which is unheard.

I had booked my Hero Honda Karizma ZMR ( White ) on 27th Nov 2009 by making total payment of Rs 60, 000 to your Authorised dealer Spectra Auto, Office no: B - 313, Steel Chamber Tower, Plot No:514, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai.

Said dealer promised me that he will deliver the possession of said bike within 3 months from 27th Nov 2009 but so far not able to provide any satisfactory response.

The dealer also claims to cancel the booking if I'm in hurry.

I & My family from decades own only Hero Honda bikes which has become part of our family, I'm a business man who required bike on day today basis.

I request you to intervene on this issue & assist me in deliver my bike on priority basis.

I have ordered CBZ XTREAM 2 months back and all the time i used to go to showroom but they are saying stock is not enough so could able to provide as of now...still getting the same answere from them.

I got irriateded even i am ready with cash...one day i got cal from them and they told that bike is available but u need to pay more...whats going on...plz help me out.
