[Resolved]  Hero Honda Cbz Xtreme Bike — complaint against service center

sir,
myself sidharth priyadarshi purchased hero-honda cbz xtreme bike reg no. KA53Q8432 dated on 3/2010 from millinium motor Bangalore. bike chessis number is MBLKC12ECAGB02056 and Engine number is KC12EBAGB00997.i used three regular free service upto 6000km from respective authorized service center. due to some reason I rarely used this bike upto later 1 year.after one and half year my bike reading is 8000km and I went for fourth service to Patliputra automobile placed in S.P Verma road, Patna dated on 26/9/12.i asked them to do paid service for this bike and also complained about mileage. because that time it was not giving proper milleage. at that time supervisor of that service center verified my bike and asked me to come on same day when he will make a call to my contact number. because he wanted to open the engine for some reason. he did not make a call to me and mechanic opened the engine and all parts of bike without informing me.i returned back to service place in evening to collect my bike.that time mechanic estimated it will cost 11000 rs to repair engine of this bike.he also claimed that your engine crank shaft and many parts of bike is broken.so for that you have to pay 11000 rs.that time service manager was also agreed with him.i asked him to reassemble my bike and return back to me.after resembling of bike I saw dense fume is coming through silencer.Also in service book he signed at column of wrong bike reading twice. i am sending that scanning part of noted reading to your mail as a attachment.also i have forwarded this mail to regional sells manager and called up him.he ensured me to help but nobody called me up later.
please help me in this case.i ll be oblige to you.thanking you
