With the above subject and reference, I the owner of the above said vehicle CBZ HERO HONDA bearing registration number GJ-06 DK-7 duly purchased from CENTURY BIKES PVT. LTD. Shastri Bridge Showroom and Workshop, Nr. Pandya Hotel, Opp. Polytechnic collage, Vadodara, Gujarat, India on dated: 27/07/2009 bearing invoice number: 072992.

I am having problem since I purchased my vehicle. With the multiple reminders during availed 5 services as per booklet, I have mentioned the problem I faced in my vehicle. I am still facing the same and unsatisfied with the work done from your dealer.

I am facing with steering vibration as a major problem, even front wheel is wobbling, vibration if driven bike at a speed of 60 KMS or above during long route.

I would request you to kindly get into this matter at the earliest possible. I feel bad to say that I have done a mistake and thrown my valuable money for no use. I am a genuine customer for HERO HONDA since last five more years and hope so that I should continue the same pleasure if this results me positive in reciprocal.

It would be pleasure for me if problem is on ascertained, kindly replace a new peace in constrain of existing one.
