I have purchased hero honda cbz xtreme 2 weeks back. from the first date the fuel meter is not working, i give the complaint to the workshop there response is not good. after wasting 2-3 hour they repaired my fuel meter. then after 2 days i found the electric start of my bike is also not working and fuel is leaking from the bike, i again go to workshop and they told me you come on another day or some other time. i ask them to give the complaint book but they refuse and giving them some threats they produce and we file the complaint but there is not response at all. i am not happy with performance of the bike and with the agency from where i have purchased the bike. they sold me there passport membership by saying that you will get 5% discount on every thing but when ask for discount they we have commit thet we give discount on all things but only on spare parts. if any one can help plz help me. Not only in your place In Hyderabad city also all Hero Honda Show rooms like this only. they wont give good service even they feel like that they are doing some volunteer service like. Just go and give complaint on Hero Honda Website probably you will get good service from them then.
