[Resolved]  Hero Honda / Cbz Xtreme — Unable to get the spare parts since 3-4 months if it is a replacement

My bike is getting sound like a helicoptor. I baught it in the month of June 2010. I feel like driving a stuppid old vehicle. This is my second hero honda vehicle, however I am very much unhappy with the service provided. I have given a complaint in Sri Lakshmimotors approximately 2.5 months ago. Still they are saying that the parts are not available(IF i say to replace). They are literally asking me to buy a spare parts. Earlier I have given my vehicle to the service in Modi motors for the same issue. Those fellows are were failed to resolve the issue. They said that they have changed the part. If they have changed the part then why again I am facing this issue. Either it might be an issue with HERO HONDA parts or they are playing games with the customer. Some are saying that the issue is with "Tapper" and some people are saying that the issue is with "Cash rod". I am not so techy person to understand this mechanic language. I am working as HR in an MNC I do not have enough time to rome to each and every show room. Still I made enough attempts to solve my bike's issue. I visited 15-20 time to mody motors and 15-20 time to Sri Lakshmi motors (Malakpet) which was of no use. Hope this Email will be addressed and make my bike as CBZ extreme not as a Helicoptor or some stuppid bike which make nonsense on the road.
