[Resolved]  Hero Honda Cd Deluxe — NOT REPLACING BATTERY IN WARRANTY

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased Hero Honda CD Delux bike on May 16 '12. On the day of Purchase it is having the Self start problem, I approached the Servicing center they recharged the battery but it was discharged automatically after 3 days and again they recharged 2nd time and charged me 34/- towards recharging but again it was discharged, they stated that there is problem in the Battery. I submitted the warranty card on 21-7-12 till today I did not receive the battery. Today they were telling that BATTERY WILL NOT BE REPLACED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They were telling that GO AHEAD AND GIVE COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE OFFICE, or CONSUMER COURT WE WILL NEVER MIND. So I request you please kindly solve my problem immediately.
Note: 1 The Servicing center incharge is telling everyday vehicle is to be started and kept for idling 15minutes to recharge the battery
2.Day usage of the vehicle should not be less than 30 to 40 km perday.
If the Problem is not solved under your Jurisdiction, I will file a SUIT ON YOUR COMPANY because of the inconvenience caused by your bad customer service centre R.M. Motors in Vijayawada.
