[Resolved]  Hero Honda Hunk — Engine Problem after Service

I have Hero Honda Hunk which i purchased from Pratham Motors, Pune. I got it serviced from them. They drained the old oil but did not put new oil. So the engine became failure. Now they are telling me that they will replace the engine parts. If the engine is opened, my bike's resale value will be decreased. But they are not agreeable to this. My Mob no is [protected]. My bike registration no is MH 12 ES 3317.
