Sub: - Complain against herohonda service centre battery changed during 4th service.

Ref : 1) purchase invoice no (0)-5375 dated 10.10.2010 of M/s Kota Motors Company , Jhalawar road Kota, Engine no JF16EBAGJ09035 ,FRAME NO MBLJF16EDAGJ07670, Bat no EXIDE 070710B3 & Extended warranty HHML No 2182149 dealer code 10242 up to dated 9.10.2013
2) 1st service on 1.12.2010
3) 2nd service on 17.3.2011
4) 3rd service on 20.6.2011
5) 4th service on 7.9.2011
6) 5th service on 14.4.2012 all at your authorized service center at Kota Motors Company E-49, road no 4 IPIA Kota Rajasthan

Respected Sir,

I have purchased Honda pleasure in my daughters name Mrs Seema Saini informing you that, I had purchased a Hero Honda Pleasure on dated[protected] from an authorized dealer (Kota Motors Company , Jhalawar road Kota ) of hero honda whose registration no is RJ20 SN 4705. I have got a company fitted Exide battery with my Pleasure whose number is Exide-070710B3 printed in my invoice and my Owner’s Manual there was Guaranty card of Exide Battery.

From 4th service on dated 7.9.2011, I faced many times starting problem which may be due to the battery problem. At the time of fifth servicing of my pleasure i.e.[protected] , it was informed that the SN of battery is not matching and it is Exide 3112376 instead of EXIDE 070710B3 which is not cover in warrantee. It was noticed by me first time on 14.4.2012 by your service center .
As per my knowledge either is was changed during the forth service or it was wrongly printed in bill. It is requested to you please check at your end either your dealer at kota or service center Kota Motors Company E-49, road no 4 IPIA Kota .

On dated 14.4.2012 your service center at kota misbehaves with me for battery no changed by service center .It is again requested please change the new Exide battery in my pleasure RJ20 SN 4705.
Now I have some question to herohoda service centre.
1. If battery is not working I have to report to service center as the warrantee upto 10.10.2012
2. battery no. not checked during purchase as it was cover in body may be wrongly printed in bill
I am requesting you sir please take some necessary action for battery changed / misbehave by service center manager.
