[Resolved] Hero Honda — SERVICE | |||
Dear All I have a complaint against the service of Hero Honda. I have given my bike for servicing & replacing the spares in ARC MOTORS ,OKHLA-II on 8th of April 2011.they told me collect your bike on 13th of April when I called they said spare parts are not available you contact on 15th of April after that they told me contact us 18th of April when I called on 18th they told me the same thing spares are not available contact us after two three days. I submit a query in hero Honda site ( query no. –[protected] then the workshop manager called me & commit I will give you your bike on 20th of April. When I called on 20th they told me spares are not available in hero Honda please contact after two three days. I have not a old bike its CBZ xtreme if they have CBZ spares are not available then why they will selling such type of model.Every time I have servicing my bike threw hero Honda service centre, Now this is the first time my bike engine giving some sound the people in service centre told me full engine opening is required & estimate around 14000, please suggest every time I have servicing my bike on time they suggest which part to be replaced I will replace immediate each part which they suggest , now how full engine opening is required. they said battery is faulty I said replaced it but for engine it’s not acceptable. Please take action 7 resolve my problem. The below mentioned people are involved in these all conversation with ARC motors. SIR THIS IS TO TELL YOU I HAD VISITED ALL HERO HONDA SERVICE STATIONS BUT NO BODY COULD SATISFIED ME ULTIMATELY I FOUND J K ENTERPRISES THE BEST

I D.Ramesh Kumar, purchased one of your Prdocut Passion Plus vide Engine No.HA10EB8GL26723, Chasis No.MBLHA10EG8GLO2824 through your Authorised dealer of Sri Venkanna Motors Pvt.Ltd., Plot No.26, Ramchandra Reddy Nagar, Ramachandrapuram, Hyderaabad – 502 032, vide their Invoice No.V-4695 Dt.21.11.08. From day one some defect is there in vehicle, somany times I went your authorized dealer and shown the vehicle but they are not found what defect is there in vehicle and also not given proper reply/action. So far the defect is not rectified. So please take the immediate action and rectify the same at the earliest, other I will go legally.

Hai sir my name is koteswararao ,my bike number no.AP26AH5787 ,I have been using Passion Pro for the last three months ,my bike 2nd service given sarayu auto ,6-3-504,505,mini by pass road,nellore-003.11/12/2010 at 9.00am, my bike take 5.00pm, job card no.153218, No oil change ,no water service, my bike problems walls,handel,prablams .alredy write job card, not have good behavior in sarayu auto nellore ap my bike repair other service station, i request you sir for this showroom is not satesfied any custamer here not have respect for custamer not have good behavior for owner is not a good man is avery time fiting to custamer and sir here not giving praparly servicing here not give respect workers also sir like that have here mater then what i told you sir and have one more problem also new bikes have no thats parts also exchange sir please help the custamer is very prablem sir

sarayu auto is very very poor and bad service show room

I gave the delear for [protected]@ Sai Suman Motors, Chandanagar Hyderabad, They made me to wait till May and making me to roam around them 6 to 7 times just for the spare parts. Still its not been resolved.
The WORST service to the customers.

I just want to complain of Hero Honda Service station situatted at Bhopal named Varenyam Motors Bhopal[protected] / 4243636 has cheated me they had charged me around 1000/- for servising & the same day my byke has got faulty I just complaint to work shop they told me there is engine problem this will also repaired & same has chargable.
My concern is that if the I had give my byke for servicing & you charge rupee 1000/- & even after this has not solve & they told there will need to replace more parts also then why they had not tell on the same time when they deliver the byke.
I have all avidance & document proof.
