[Resolved] Hero Honda Passport Programme — MISAPPROPRIATION OF PRODUCT | |
Sir, I Sree Debabrata Pradhan bearing Hero Honda passport no.-06K09C26145 beg to draw your kind attention to the following few lines. When I reached 3000 points, I had expected to get EAGLE flask as entitled as per the new condition of passport programme. When I visited Hero Honda passport counter located at Rohan Autoriders, BBSR, the passport representative, Mr. Dillip issued me a non-branded flask with two cups instead of the branded EAGLE flask. When I asked about the EAGLE flask Mr.Dillip replied that company is not providing the same. Then, I enquired through the toll-free number[protected], representative named Mr.Ashwini repied that they are supplying the original EAGLE flask and he advised me to visit Hero Honda Autorider to return the non-branded flask and get back the branded EAGLE flask. He also talked with Mr.Dillip about the matter and directed him to replace the flask. I returned the flask to Mr.Dillip who kept the flask and told me to wait till the EAGLE flask comes to their counter from the company. Then I visited again and again for the same case but returned with no results. After that I visited Hero Honda regional office thrice and contacted Mr. Sandeep Verma(Executive Sales) but in vein. It is believed that Hero Honda is a legend Company and it has very good reputation for the last 25 years. It has launched the passport program for building good relationship with customers. But from the fact mentioned above it is found that the company is cheating the customers by providing fake materials and misappropriating the original product. Many customers are being cheated everyday. Hence, you are requested to take appropriate steps to provide me due item so that my belief on you will be restored. Was this information helpful? | |
