[Resolved]  Hero Honda Splendor — regarding renewal of passport

Dear Sir,
i was having a hero honda bike (passion) bearing no. UP-12-F-6418. your executives approched me at R.K. Automobiles for getting the hero honda passport.they also assured that they are having tansperancy in dealing with custmors. i accepted your proposal and obtained and since then using the same. i have sold out my said bike.
thereafter on 10.08.2008 i purchased a new bike Splender bearing regisration no. DL-5S-Y-4181 from R.K. Automobiles, 45-46/487, Zulfe Bangal, Main G T Road, Shahdara, Delhi-110095. at that relevant time your executive again approched me to make a hero honda passport, i told her that i am already haiving the passport and show her the same. thereafter she has suggested me to renew it to get continue the benefits of points as it will be reffered to new one and you can use it with this new bike also as before. i believing upon her acceeded and surrender my earlier passport and deposiet the requisit fee with your executive at the said showroom.
but when i asked your executive to endorse the points against the service of my bike but she refused to do so and asked me to get new passport or deposit Rs. 150/- to change it on new bike no.i requested her that your executive renew it on the day when i purchased the new one then she asked me it was wrongly done. and thereafter i made visite several times but they did not pay any heed towards my grivance. now i am feeling cheated and defrauded as your executive dishonestly induced me to renew it, if know about the same i would never renew my passport.

Please do needful as soon as possible.
