Hewlett Packard Company — No proper service been provided

I gave my laptop at the service center in Pune(Vintech Electronics Private limited) last year, i.e 2008 in the month of May. I was told ther is some hardware issue and i need to leave my laptop there.
I left it there, but it was not returened to me even after a month. on continously following up with them, icould get it back after a month. By that time my warranty got expired. After receiving the laptop i found within two days only that the problem have not been rectified. So i again went to the service center, but i was told that now i need to pay charges for the repair as its out of warranty. I took this issue to the higher level but after that also finally i was send a quotation of 25000 for mother board replacement.
This entire process took nearly 8 months.

To this i got my warranty renewed for Rs 8000 in April 2009 and this too after much trouble. And gave the laptop to service center again in Pune on 11th May, 2009 at simtech Electronics Limited. I had an onsite warranty so the engineer was supposed to bring the required hardware part and get it done.

After ariving at my place and on checking the laptop the executive found that he did not get the right part and so took my laptop at the service center. This time also my laptop was kept for 1 month and after receiving it i found within a week that it was still not working. I was told that they have replaced the motherboard.

When i again called the service center people and they diagonised it they again found that they need to replace the motherboard again. Thus within 2-3 weeks the same things was done twice.

During this entire period of one yr i was not able to use my laptop for even a day at it was not working. and in this entire process the serviced engineers have done so much damage to the body.
The screen and the body are full of scraches. even the DVD writer is not fixed properly and is left dangling.

It has been almost a month now that i have raised a complaint about this but have not got any response from them.

Request You to kindly help me for all the problems i am facing and all the stress i had undergone.

HP — No proper service is provided

i have bought DV4-1131Tx notebook in December 2008, after a month of purchase I'm facing problem with battery backup and sometimes my lap gets shut down automatically even though the battery meter shows battery level greater than critical battery level. i have given my notebook in service center for more than 4 times and yet they fail to rectify the problem.I'm very disappointed with their service and now regret buying HP product and this is worst service i have ever faced with . I'm going to suggest every one not to buy Hp products here after
