[Resolved] HP India — Damaged laptop supplied by company and claiming its mishandling issue which is incorrect

Hi,
My sons got the Laptop from St georges school, Mussoorie and as per him after few weeks there is a horizontal black thick line apper all across the screen.When he came to home in holiday he told me about this issue.I send a mail to school regarding above issue, then got the HP channel sales number. and they told me to lodge the complain in HP service center. After some calls and online checkup HP claims that its Mishandling issue which is not coved in warranty.
How HP Claim that its Mishandling issue not manufacturing issue..kindly prove.As its a matter of Sons Eyes.
So I request you to pls look into the matter and get the laptop screen change under warranty.
