HFCL Connect — very very poor service

I Kusum Arya complaining about your bad service. Yesterday i made a call for disconectivity of net and i have to wait for 4-5 minutes to contact your executives. They did not attend me properly. Your net connectivity is being down again & again even i made two complaints before but there is no progress from you so in future if your service will remain same then i cannot take your service so longer. I will disconnect your net service immediately.

Please treat the matter as most urgent.
