Please be informed that i had rendered a complaint for one bag (rami honey) in january’2009, the same was purchased from m/s indo arts& gems (dhoominal’s il bello) 8-a connaught place, new delhi-110001 and at present the bag is with the retailer.
Inspite of repeated follow ups with the retailer (m/s indo arts & gems) and telecom with the dealer (m/s leather line) referred by the retailer, there has been no satisfactory response neither have they given any importance to the customer complaint. it is really surprising to note that a company of such repute has such irresponsible dealers/retailers.
With great regret i complain that the attitude of the attended personnel is not appropriate and it is really humiliating to follow up/ visits regularly for an expense of rs.2900/- (rupees two thousand and nine hundred only).
I am being forced to bring this matter to your good offices only after lodging a complaint on website of hidesign and written complaint to ceo - mr. dilip kumar thru registered post, sorry to say there is no response from them either.
You are requested to take up this matter and arrange for the necessary refund.
I look forward for your cooperation and positive reply.

Hidesign — change in texture /colour
bag bought on 12.7.08 ulrika burnished D/BRN at Rs.4395/- from M/S Vinnies Khan Market, New Delhi The colour and texture has changed making the whole bag a shame to carry.
