Order # M[protected] was done on 05 Nov to be delivered by 09 Nov before Diwali.
Still waiting for the Order and the Customer support is unresponsive.
If you are unable to deliver a simple order, you can cancel the order. Its the first and worst experience in Mirraw.

On 26-October-2023, I have ordered a dress worth 1445 on Mirraw website, it said it would be delivered by 01-Nov-2023, so I immediately payed the amount 1445. After this I only received an acknowledgment message giving me the order ID, after this I got no message or got the delivery of the product.

Upon trying to call their customer care number, none of them are working, and their order tracking page is also not working.

The company is very bad at services, received cheap quality product and I have returned the product as soon as I received it. I have initiated a refund but till not I have not received it. It’s a very bad experience with mirraw. Customer service is also not helpful at all.

I made an Order from Mirraw.com on 11/08/2023 and I was supposed to receive my Order on/before 22/08/2023. My Order ID is M[protected]. Since there was no communication from Mirraw.com; I contacted them through email and followed up on my delivery on 22/08/2023; then they replied that the Order was still under stitching and there were some issues in the Design and bla bla bla... Later I followed up again on 24/08/2023 and they replied the Order was still in progress. Still (05/09/2023), the status of my Order is under progress and they are not ready to return my Money. I told them that I needed a refund and they said it was not possible to give a refund on my product. They are not taking responsibility for their delay in delivering the product and that is the reason why I asked for a refund. In fact, I ordered this Saree for an event on 26/08/2023 and till now I haven't received my Order. What is the use of receiving the product then? I need a refund.

I have ordered 4 items from Mirraw
All the items arrived creased and the material is frayed on the sarees.
The material is not what I expected and not at a standard, for the cost I paid for each item. I gave sent an email requesting where I should return the goods.
After twe responses to the emails and several whatsapp messages, the customer service will not give me an address for me to return the goods.
I have spent £124 for cheap low end clothing that is not at an acceptable standard.

I ordered product number 4118606 (Black Ecovero Embroidered Co Ord Set) and product number 4049207 (Multicolor Plain Georgette Short Dresses) and product number 3286849 (Indian Women's Turquoise Blue Poly Crepe Kurta) and only received product number 4118606. I am wondering when I will be receiving the other 2 items? If you are unable to process my request then please refund me of the 2 items that I have not received. Thank You!!

They sent the 2 blouses in wrong measurements and would not provide a refund. I called and spoke with customer care and stiching team and they did not provide a reason for why they sent incorrectly stiched blouse. They also sent a saree with incorrect stitched pleats. Bhavina the stylist confirmed the measurements before stiching the products. After I asked for refund they sent an email saying they won't make stiching mistake again. I can not use the 2 blouses for lehenga and the saree because of the incorrect stiching. I spent around 1000 AUD and still not getting a response from them. Out of 5 products 3 products can not be used because of mirraws mistake . I ordered on 26 May, order number M[protected].

Complaint : I purchased clothes from Mirraw online, I returned the items. I also have confirmation in whatsapp after they picked up the items. Prathibha from Mirraw also confirmed on April 1st that $10, 333 refund is pending and will be given in the form of coupons. I neither received those coupons nor a deposit into my bank account. I have been asking them for a refund since February. Even after she confirmed the dues, she is still not giving me the refund.
Resolution : I want the refund of $10, 333 and it needs to be deposited into bank account right away.

My ordered product delivered on 22nd May but I have applied for return on 25th May and I got an confirmation email from Mirraw Team and package has been picked up and it's shows product has been returned and refund has initiated but still the refund is not rec3ived the account. It's almost an month now. . There is no proper response from Mirraw team also still today.

My name is gunjan tiwari from melbourne australia I have placed the order with mirraw in January with order number M[protected] and still waiting for my parcel . I have made several attempts and also call them continuously to resolve my issue but they didnit prefer to answer and I dont want my parcel now I want my money with interest of 6 months.

Their executives PRATIBHA, manoj mahanthy are just making excuses even some of them are not responding my emails also

it's a $200 package I want my money back with all the interest

I received worst quality entirely different color item. I requested the refund within a day of recieving it. But till now they didnt issue refund. Its been 2 months.

I requested cancellation of my order because they asked me to pay 50% extra charges after many weeks. I requested refund to original source payment. They cancelled and put a Mirraw credit on the account. I requested number of times I wanted proper refund. Nobody has responded.

In an attempt to regain my money I placed an order using the credit on the account, they have charged me full price again and will not respond to my email, what’s app or Facebook messenger. They have cleared the credit amount from my Mirraw account and charged me for the full price also.

I was due to make payment of £7.30 and they have taken payment of £51.19.

I wish to make official complaint and want all my money back.

I recently my first Order with Mirraw with high expectations. After taking my measurements and confirming all was ok I patiently waited even though the shipping date had passed. I had been sent an apology credit for the delay but no explanation. I was then contacted and told they couldn’t stitch to my size and required me to pay an extra 50% in charges to complete.
I requested to cancel the order and for a refund to my original payment card.
They cancelled the order and put a credit on the Mirraw wallet, again I requested this money was returned to my original payment card. I have tried to contact 9 times and no-one has replied.

In a last attempt to regain my funds I have placed a new order, using the credit on my Mirraw account and paying the difference of £7.30. Mirraw have taken all credit on my account, issued a receipt showing £7.30 payment but have taken £51.19 from my bank account via PayPal. I have attempted to contact Mirraw via email, what’s app and Facebook messenger and no-one has replied again.
Mirraw have allowed me to use the credits on my account but have also charged me full price again.
I am extremely unhappy and I want to make an official complaint as well as all of my funds to be returned to original source.

In each call with the customer care, they kept saying the item hasn't been dispatched and they would place a request to expedite the same. They even mentioned I'd get an email with the tracking ID after the call. However, I have received ZERO communication from them even after the two calls made on 4th May and 12th May.

I have had previous parcels from Mirraw delivered but this time they have made things so much worse. I cannot physically go and collect the parcel at the depot whose driver is unable to find my address. In the meantime I have received several parcels from the same depot and Mirraw has refused to refund the money saying that the parcel will be destroyed whereas it shows that the parcel has been returned to the sender.

Ordered products from Mirraw and also returned on 24/03/2023. Even after 22days haven't received the money. The managers are frauding by saying moeny will be refunded in 7-9 days everytime called. Strict action has to be taken against Mirraw if not received the money. We'll have to file a consumer complaint for defeciency of services for not sending amount even after sharing all the bank details. Do not fool people by sending low quality clothes and not refunding the money. Refund the money.

Hi there, I ordered a saree on Feb 26. Yo date I have not received it. It's now April 10. I have tried to get a hold of the carrier but no one is telling me where my saree is. It's really disappointing. Please help.

I ordered a black kurta for my husband to wear for a wedding (see Pic1) - the reason I specifically ordered a black/peach combo since that was the color code that was requested from the bridal party. However, the kurta we received was an ugly blue color (see Pic2). I reached out to Mirraw via WhatsApp providing all the details with photo references etc and the person I spoke with said they were dispatching a black kurta after review. It's now been almost 3 weeks - they haven't responded to any of my queries. I am never going to order from this site - they are a bunch of fraudsters. Now I need to spend another 50-100 $$ to buy a new kurta in black. Please be aware of this site - they take no responsibility whatsoever.

I placed an order on Mirraw ( M[protected] on 1st January which I haven’t recieved yet. When I raised concern about it they answered It's been delivered to my neighbour Garney which is absolutely not true. Because there is no Garney at my neighbour's and U never recieved any notification on it. I feel so disappointed. I just lost my money and Mirraw team doesn’t trust me that I didn’t receive. If courier did something wrong with the order its not my fault.
