I had paid Rs. 470.82/- on 28.11.2021 and ordered a arrow wallet from iredeem as i was getting an offer through my hdfc bank account. So when i clicked on offer it takes me to the iredeem website. And when i added the product (arrow wallet) in the cart asking me for payment for which i paid 470.82 including gst charges.

I paid through netbanking and I was allotted Transaction ID: [protected]. Order was placed successfully but till date wallet in question has not been delivered...

Tried contacting them but number not working and even i tried to email them but still yet no response.

    I had bought an Arrow Wallet using hdfc promotion from iredeem and all I received was an email with transaction ID and no other relevant information. FYI transaction ID - [protected]. Please improve the information content and also assist me with the tracking details

              I have ordered women ucb back watch on september 15 2020 . I got a mail that thank you for redeeming watch and your order will be delivered in 21 to 28 days. later I started to contact customer care for product. I did not get any response from there side. its already nearly 1 month I did not get any response from there side. Kindly refund my amount. i no longer needed your product or your company for this type of service. I have paid 411 rupees for that watch through there partner Razorpay.

                    Please revert my amount back to my account if you really care about customer. I got very bad experience with your delivery item which in a worst condition no one get use if deliver such kind of product.

                        Hdfc and iredeem both are cheating their customers. As per hdfc offer i bought benetton-mens-watch-unibwni through offer redeemed. I thought it's a genuine offer from hdfc, but the truth is, it is a duplicate and poor quality watch selling by using hdfc bank name. They are cheating the customers together with hdfc bank's name. I ordered this product on 18/08/20 @ 299/- (Actual price mentioned 2999/-) offer price and charged rs.500/-. I came to know this is a cheating when i received this item on 30/08/2020.                                       but, after that I have submitted a ticket change the email id.
                                      After that receive an email stated that your order has been canceled and you will get refund.
