They are one of the shamless travel agents who would ask u for the immediate full payment of your trip on thr first day of your trip without having informed you beforehand...so that you go running around for arranging money spoiling your whole day..after which they actually threaten you to abandon you in that unfriendly place forcing you to do what they say...secondly they do not abide by the itinerary they give you ...I was promised about sight seeing in pelling ...whn I left the driver said he has been given the money for only 2 waterfalls that were in yarlem where v stayed...later on half day went in fighting with the himalyan co-ordinator mr. Aditya. Who said it was a typing error in their itenary which was all false...and the whole day was wasted in he hotel..they took the money confirming pelling while other visitors cud njoi pelling..then they did not even reimburse the money that v had to spend extra...they did not even show half of the sights they had mentioned in the itenary saying all places are the same...i dnt understand then why did they charge for it...my half of the time was wasted in co-ordinating and requesting them to atlst abide by the itenary ...they spoiled our whole trip soooo badly...extremely rude management and very terrible answers...trust me they only write good reviews abt themselves on net..and if you really wanna give your family a good hassle free holiday dnt choose this travel agents..its not even worth a single penny. DNT TRUST THEM!!
