See How the Multi National Companies are deceiving the public. My complaint to Unilever regarding the weight difference in the washing powder Surf Excel Blue



Sir,

1.please see the attachments. I purchased Surf Excel Blue 750g. To My surprise on the front side of the pack it says 750g fill. But on close scrutiny on the side says Net wt 713g. But the bill was for 750g. please explain whether I purchased 750g or 713g.

2.It is very shocking to note that multi national companies like yours are simply deceiving the common public on the guise of marketing the product with your competitor. I was familiar with only weight measurements like some definite figure such as 100g, 250g, 500g and 1 kg. I never noticed that 713g etc.,.

3.So I can safely presume that you Unilever is deceiving the common public in weight on your product. I thought this is a fit case to be reported to the consumer Authorities. Kindly give your explanation.
