[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever — CHEATINg AND VERY POOR SERVICE

Sir/madam

I am from Pollachi from Coimbatore District, I Have Pure it, the product was good. But the filter wants to be replaced after few days, so we have given a call to the customer service but there is no response after several calls, it’s now three months the product is lying idle, waste of money. Every time If its told that the person will come to replace it, but it’s not replaced yet. If the company don’t have the required manpower to handle such type of issues, why it’s cheating the public. I have coupon for Free Filter (But that also cheating) .No one is responding and I need to replace the filter. Please call to my number [protected] to solve this issue or I am going to file a case ASAP…I am really worry about your poor service …[Good Product ...But VERY POOR SERVICE]

i have won GBP250, 000 IN 2009. So i want my prize money but actiual problem i not know the right way.so pls get in writen information how can achive the my prize money.

Hindustan Lever — Battery kid replacement

Dear Sir,



I'm in Tiruvallore and My water purifiers battery kit exhausted a month back (Compact). I called your customer service number (LLB [protected]) & Distributor ([protected]) month back and they assured to replace the kid once received. Till date they have not responded me about the status. I want to replace my purifiers battery kit immediately or take back your purifier hence it will create some space in my house.
