DEAR SIR, IT IS SUBMITTED THAT WE PURCHASED CISTERN AND COMMODE FROM HINDWARE BUT WE ARE FACING PROBLEM IN WORKING OF THE CISTERN . THE FLUSHING SYSTEM INSIDE THE CISTERN IS DEFECTIVE AND THE FLOAT BALL COCK GETS STRUCK INSIDE THE CISTERN.SOME ENGINEER NAMED AMIT VISITED THE SITE AT NOOR NAGAR BUT OF NO USE .
