Hindware faucet faulty

@Hindware_India The salesperson, [protected]@globalkitchen in Kokapet/narsingi Hyderabad sold me the faulty Hindware faucet in June 2025 and is refusing to take responsibility to fix/replace it. I have already raised two tickets with Hindware, but have not received a response. Hindware keep asking to talk to this n that person with no resolution.This is unacceptable, and I need an immediate resolution....

service not providing after sales

    I have four burner gas hob. used for just over a year. the flame is not forming properly. called the service man. he says the burners got bent due to milk boiling over and needs to be replaced. i have used gas stoves for over 50 years but never heard that burners can get damaged due to milk boiling over.

        Dear Team
        I have bought Hindware cooler (Model-Hindware 85 L Desert Air
        Cooler) from online mode on dated 12th July- 2023, which have 1 year warranty on that product.
        Hindware Cooler is not proper working, so that which have registered complain on 26 April 2024 (Complain Registered no. GD084136).

        After many times take feedback to online care, Service Engineer, Area Service Manager, but no one visit on complaint address, and no one work on this. Now my cooler is totally stopped.
        When I have call to service engineer, as per service engineer, they have no spare parts for repairing, they ordered spares parts when will receive parts
        will repair on it. But its take time 1-2 months.

        After 1.5 Months, Cooler Service request not complete, in this condition summer season will go but request cannot be close.
        Kindly look this issue and resolve ASAP.

          I purchased a wall mount fan in may-2022. It stopped working within a year. I am trying from aug-2023 till date(april-2024) to have my newly purchased fan repaired since fan is still under warranty period. I have made multiple complaints regarding this but these requests get closed before any action is taken.Nobody contacts from company's sdie. They don't pick up most calls if I call them for any update. Now, the service center executives have staretd behaving rudely towards me with threatening tone.
          I want them to repair my fan or replace it with a new one since it is still in warranty.

                I purchased 01 no of Hindware 25L Storage water Geyser (SWH2501D, white) from Flipkart on 20/01/2022.
                The geyser is malfunctioning, water is not heating. The matter has been given a complaint to customer care executives repeatedly and false promises made by them of repairing it by sending their representatives. But to date, no one visited my premises to repair it.
                My complaint Ticket I'd: WHRSYL05WB0019 dated: 05/12/2023. Now, it is winter and hot water is required for my old-aged parents.
                Please check my complaint history multiple breakdowns occurred of that geyser in just one plus years, which is unacceptable from such a reputed company. Plus I am thinking that if this multiple breakdown occurs in different areas even within this short period, I don't know exactly if I can use this product in the future with such high maintenance cost. Therefore I request you if possible kindly replace the product with a new one or else I won't find if I can use this product in coming future.
                I need your kind intervention in this matter. Related documents are attached for your reference. Like: Bill Invoices, registered complaints & details of products purchased.

                    Below are some service requests that were raised within one year of purchase by me.

                    One year back I had options, but chose hindware because of Brand and Indianness. Almost same price or even at a better price, I was approached by almost all branded sanitary houses and even by many local brands that promised me to fix things at my house with an SLA of 24 -72 hours. But unfortunately I chose you guys. Your taps /facets had precision issues & were replaced, pots leaks, basins have uneven roughness . Stainless chrome plating eroded in year and what not.

                    Adding to misery, whatsapp works with mood swings, grievance pages open to bad requests, attached screenshot and phone numbers usually hang up.

                    To all my setbacks, the seller always asked me to turn to you for any after-sale service and the assigned guy either didn't turn up or show an attitude, especially your farmaan.

                    I purchase sanitary products of rs around 90K, bills attached but product and service are too pathetic even to rate. If this request is not falling on deaf ears then please arrange a visit to my house and replace the leaky pots & tanks else I will be pushed to approach Consumer court .

                      We have just shifted to our new constructed upper level, and one tap which is a common one in lobby has spots and distorted upper finishing within one year of installation .I urge u to Pl look and kindly assist what better can be done

                          I purchased the Hindware 25 L Storage Water Geyser (SWH2501D, White)
                          through Flipkart - on 16th Dec, 2020, now the geyser is not working and had leakage from the take, I have raised complaints many times, but they are refuse to resolve the issue.

                          Whenever I called the customer care they gave the below number

                          [protected] - Mr. Rameshbabu, but this person, not support to resolve the issue, he refuse to take my calls and he ignores the issue.

                          And again the following people refuse to attend the issue, Mr. Bhaskar - [protected] & Mr. Arun [protected]

                            Please help me to resolve my complaint or help me with senior manger/technical person email id or phone number to update status. As no one has responded to our complaint after regular feedbacks. I get regular weekly feedback calls without in person reporting to us to resolve the issue. This is happening from last 60days u can check details from SR no as follows.

                            SR no.FF037552 is assigned.
                            SR no. FF030677 is re-assigned.

                            Please respond as soon as possible.

                            Don't assign mr.deepak for r complaint. Request you to arrange senior technician to resolve issue or change the product.

                            I will wait for next 2 days before I take further action on the same
