[Resolved]  Hindware Sanitaryware Collection [Hsil] — I am com complained about 20028 EWC "Extended" W/MING CONS H/W and 21059 CISTRON WITH LID "H/W"

I have purchased a wall hanging couple commode with Cistern (20028 EWC "Extended" W/MING CONS H/W and 21059 CISTRON WITH LID "H/W") from SREE GURU SALES PVT.LTD., 117, Ghosh para Road, 24 parganas, P.O. -Nawabganj, Pin -743144, on 13/09/2020.
But unfortunately the commode was slightly cracked and there was absent many parts of Cistron, including Cistron's lid. I informed to Sree Guru Sales Pvt.Ltd many times over telephone several times, but they did not response.
Then I complained to the hindware customer care on 03/10/2020, My Complain's serial number is - CJ003229. the customer care appointed Mr. Biswanath Mridha very quickly to solve my problem. Mr. Mridha next day visited my house to check the purchased of the above mentioned products and assure that within Fri Day (10/08/2020) The problem will be solved.
But til now there was no response from your side.
It is very urgent to install these commode as early as possible for my old parents.
So, Please solve my problem and arrange to change this defective commode set.
