[Resolved] Hindware Sanitary — Automatic urnial | |||
I recently installed a Omega urinal from Hindware at one of the projects that I handled as an interior designer. The urinal stopped functioning after 20 days and subsequently I complained to their customer care no. (complaint no. 141088 dt.[protected] and a technician visited the site and informed me that the sensor is fine but the installation is wrong which was checked by us and nothing was found wrong. After this I made another complaint on 18th July and the technician visited and said the sensor was indeed faulty which he got a replacement the next day and after fitting it he figured out that the valve is faulty and ever since I have been running from pillar to post trying to get the thing corrected. What is funny is every time you call up the customer service no. one is given a fresh complaint no. but no solution and one is asked crazy questions like "sir the problem has re-occured?" "Sir your complaint is only 4 days old it does take time to send replacement part!" " I can change the entire kit i.e. the sensor & valve tomorrow but that will outside of warranty and it will cost 5200/- " Sir why don't you go for a waterless chemical kit it will solve the problem and you'll not have to bother about it again forever! I dont know how to find a solution to my problem because my client has held up my balance payment due to this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
