Doctor is no more a profession but it is pure business especially at Hiranandani Hospital. They just mean business i.e. money making by taking advantage of patients pain and sufferings. I have chaught them 3 times cheating and when found guilty they just ignore it by saying sorry and justifying by removing that wrong charge from your bill.

best gync dr in thane is sandeep mane(origion international fertility centre) . he very careful, friendly, nice, gives lot of time to patient, punctinal in time, affordable. pls dont go anywhere i spend lot of money in hiranandani as wel powai hiranadani.e.g i[censored] want to do laproscopy .in hiranandani's rate is 1 lakhs. and in origin its only 30 to 40 thousand tts the big difference.and very experiance person. he is really good dr .

Sandip mane is waste of time and money. he is doing malpractice. dont trust him. Remeber, dont go by his sweet talks and impressive lobby. My experience with dr mane has been very good. He is very is a knowledgable.
Person. I do not agree with the above complaintant. Dr. Mane evaluates each case provides feasible options and then leaves the decision upto the patient. Besides counselling the patient on the pros and cons of their decision . Very few doctors are like him a real amazing person and a great doctor.

I agree, hiranandani hospital thane has the worst doctors, they are extremely careless and care about only their consultation fees which is quite hefty for their poor quality of care and treatment of the patient. They have this we do not give a damn attitude. They will also insult/look down upon the patient and his family when they are already worried and anxious. Sarcastic comments and jokes are also part of this mechanism all in the name of medicine. There is this doctor HK Rangan along with a few others who are quite good at playing these rotten games. Avoid them at all cost.

This unwanted show of arrogance and attitude flows right from the reception staff which acts as if they are super busy when there is not one patient around. The nurses are always staring at the computer screen which are most of the times blank and refuse to budge from their seats even when the patient is in pain or difficulty. The doctors take special pride is showing up late for appointments (again to prove that they are super busy). Even more serious the reports and diagnoses are many a times wrong. This has happened with several patients. The blood etc samples go to powai so the reports are extremely late. They have a few visiting doctors who are no good for the amount they charge. In short this hospital has loads of attitude and Gas but no substance and actual patient care. I would not recommend it to anyone. There are many small though very competent doctors and private facilities which charge less and provide quality service, avoid this hospital and avail of those.

They have some kind of feedback form where the nurses and doctors keep trying to convince you to change feedback and write positive things. This is their lousy feedback mechanism. Do avoid the hospital if nothing else you would have saved your hard earned money.

BEWARE OF ORIGIN INTERNATIONAL FERTILITY CLINIC, THANE
I and my wife had decided to go for ICSI treatment in Origin International infertility centre, Thane. It is being run by both husband and wife Mane but only husband was seen through out the treatment. During initial test, it came to know that I had infection in semen and this doctor don't know the medicine for that, he told me to consult urologist. He has zero knowledge about the medicine, how come he can become a doctor. Next u will find u cannot contact doctor or meet him, landline no given to u is received by nurses and they don't even bother to communicate ur problem to Mr Mane.Mr Mane just using blind technic that being mostly followed and for any change in ur test result he don't have any solution. My wife had been operated for ICSI but after 15 days result for pregnancy found to be negative, she tried to consult doctor but nurse pickup the phone and we are unable to contact doctor.So u all please beware of such doctor who don't have time to listen ur problems. Don't waist money on them.

I dont agree with the thread makers comments - specially regarding Dr. Soniya Agarwal at Thane Hiranandani Hospital. She is the best gynac I have met in my life. My pregnancy was utterly complex with me contracting Swine Flu and Dengue, due to which I had issues of frequent urine infection, less water level and uterus irritation..but she never once gave me unnecessary medicines. the kind of high fever i had during Dengue all other doctors had lost hope for the baby..i was in my 7th month, but Soniya gave me perfect medicines and saved my baby.
Infact during delivery as well my baby's cord was very small and it was entangled twice around her neck, but still she did a normal delivery and later saved my baby who wasnt breathing for first 3-4 mins. The padiatrician was stuck and coudnt make in time..had it not been for Soniya ...i could have lost my daughter. so for us she was blessing in disguise.
Also before getting pregnant we went to her for checkup since we were trying since 6 months but no results. She still asked us to wait for 1 more year and said that only if till then i dont conceive we will go for medicines. thankfully i got pregnant in next few months.

So, she is a brilliant doctor, very calm, smiling, caring, and explaining everything in detail.

Wanted a pelvic ultrasound - was given an appointment at 6.15 PM on April 29, 2014. Taken aback to see a young male sonologist. When I checked with the Reception if there was no woman around to do the ultrasound, was informed that the woman sonologist was available only in the morning. When I enquired as to why I wasn't informed about this, the PR Officer called Nisha and a lady called Pranita smirked and said it was not their job. I was told it was my duty to enquire about the availability of woman sonologists. Since I didn't, the fault was mine. I spoke to a gynac there called Ms Menon; she was eager to get me off 'cause she was not involved and put me onto the CEO Mr Sunder. Mr Sunder gave my husband the impression that we were fussing over a non issue and said he cannot deal with the concerned staff immediately as he was busy. Upon our insistence, he reluctantly called Nisha who continued to be rude and brusque even in front of him.

The staff is completely unconcerned about the sensitivities of patients especially ladies. One of the staff told me that only I was having an issue getting a pelvic scan done by a man; no other woman had complained earlier. Find that very hard to believe. Very rude staff; only concerned about the money coming in- couldn't be bothered about the patients.

Was treated and shooed away like an ignorant villager by the staff.

I Would not suggest Origin as the Doctor is not directly available for any questions and for any complicated case it is better to consult anyone in proper Mumbai.

You should then go visit Dr Manik Kale of Akruti Fertility Centre. They started hospital in Thane 3 years ago and are already runnning 2 other hospitals in suburbs. She is an excellent doctor and she gave me and my husband complete personal attention. Unlike other gynaecs, we could actually discuss our concerns and problems with her which she solved. We did an ICSI cycle and conceived in first cycle. Our boy is 1 year old now :) .

Dr Manik Kale has 26 years experience. I forgot to mention that :P

My little boy is the joy of my life. And I have her to thank for it. After visiting all gynaecs and doing ayurvedic etc treatments when nothing was working, she showed me the way.
