Hiranandani Hospital Complaints & Reviews

My wife (MR[protected] had undergone treatment at Hiranandani Hospital Powai on 2nd Mar 2023 and got discharged on 5th Mar 2023. All expenses related to treatment were paid and processed by my Insurance company.

Hospital has still not processed the refund of security deposit Rs 10K inspite repeated reminders....

Worst telephonic service. Half of the time when we call the hiranandani hospotal at powai its just keeps on dailing and no one picks up and even after pickup if we ask for transfer to other desk its either hunged up or after sometime if no response from other team they hung up.

Secondly on 18thaug 22 i called to check if daycare is opened on 19thaug22 and they said yes... I was sure they screw this up so called one more time...

Mr. Prashant Poyrekar working with your Thane branch is intentionally interfering in my personal married life. He was earlier given verbal warning by his HR person Rashmi. My patient was admitted to Hiranandani Hospital Powai on 28th Feb 2022 for a normal delivery of the baby. She was under care of Dr Vaneeta Raut in Hiranandani Hospital for the entire maternity period.

The reports have been received from the hospital on 29.09.2021 (today).
The blood test report took us by a huge surprise when we find that the report is showing his blood group as O+ve which is wrong.

I had visited Dr. Vishal Chopra as I had an appointment with him on 10th March 2021.This was my third visit to him and I am following his instruction regarding the follow up, but this time when I was charged Rs. 1000 as First Consultant where as this was a follow up visit. Staff members including security are rough, unprofessional and do not even know how to behave. They generally speaks of Management instructions and pretend helpless for being rough. They force the compsnion to wait in reception when patient needs help o
companion. Staff take things for granted. I was the companion of my wife who is not conversant with Hindi or English, but your staff has forced me to move even from outside the Dr room...

This is very pathetic that no staff is available for covid test of 10month baby and because of this we have to wait from 3am to 7am in procedure room without any aid with our only child after the test only our baby will get admission in hospital...

Hi, I had booked video consultations a few times for me and my wife in the month of October. We have been trying to reach Hiranandani Hospital Powai for the invoices of the payment we made for the appointment but they have failed to give one.

One of the latest reason we were given is that they have NOT provided invoices to any of the patients since Oct 1 and hence they cannot provide it to us too.
