[Resolved]  HMWSSB — bill not received last one year

Sir,
I am resident at Flat No.SF2 in Midhila Kamalapriya Apts., Vishnupuri, Malkajgiri. There are a total of 8 Apartments in our complex. We have not received Water Bill for the past one year or more. Hitherto, we used to pay the Water Bill regularly at Malkajgiri Municipal Office in the month of March every year.
Since "JALA MANDALI" has come into existence, the GHMC, Malkajgiri Circle is not accepting the payment of Water Bill.
I went round your HMWSSSB Office at Vayupuri Bus Stop several times to enquire about the Bill. There was no response from anybody present there and they were very casual and gave impertinent replies. I also tried to contact Ms Madhavi, Asst.Engineer there over phone, but there was no response.
Therefore, kindly see that Water Bill is sent to us immediately, so that we can pay the amount.

Our Can N.[protected] S Rajyalakshmi,[protected]/2/2/, Moosarambagh, Hyd. As per your Collection Agent Mr.Fransis, we fixed a fresh and new water meter in the month of December, 2012 and gave the receipts of the bills to him to avoid excess billing. We cleared all arrears(pending bills) in Jan, 2013. But surprizingly we received again excess billing of Rs.293.50 instead of normal amount Rs.212.50. Why? This may please be rectified immediately otherwise we may seek court of law since the collection agent is not responding for our calls.
