HOLIDAY VOUCHER — No response from India today Book club

Dear Sir

I have been trying very hard to contact both the India Today Book club office & Big City promotions office since last two weeks after purchasing 7 nights holiday voucher for Rs 5943 but not getting any kind of response from them

I have made approx 20 calls a day in last two weeks but there is no response. No one can wait so long to get a response, i hope u can understand that.

Kindly go through my below mails to them for further details

Awaiting a prompt response from consumer Court

I am very upset with your services after purchasing a 7 nights holiday voucher from ITBC

Since last one week i have been continously calling the helpline #[protected] for making the booking of the voucher as i am not able to book my 7 nights stay from the website given by them(www.resort-store.com). The website is asking for again a fresh payment for 7 nights stay inspite of the fact that i have already paid for this to ITBC.

I have been making approx 20 calls a day that too holding the line for 15 mins too but no one is answering the phone

After being upset for 6 days i had called up this #[protected] & ITBC #[protected] and the concerned person told me to keep on trying the number.

I am very frustrated with your service.
Kindly ask the concerned department of Big City or ITBC to either call me & confirm my booking today immediately or refund my money.

If i dont get any response from you i would be forced to take up this matter to CONSUMER COURT
