I have been trying very hard to contact both the India Today Book club office & Big City promotions office since last two weeks after purchasing 7 nights holiday voucher for Rs 5943 but not getting any kind of response from them

I have made approx 20 calls a day in last two weeks but there is no response. No one can wait so long to get a response, i hope u can understand that.

On 25th of August 09, on telephone offer given by Mr. Prateek & Abhishek Mukerjee to avail 2 days and 3 nights holiday with return air tickets in Rs2598/- was made by the company. On further inquiring it was mentioned that due to bulk purchase of Holiday Packages, the company is offering this scheme. The payment was made by credit card on IVR.
